A Study On The Connection Between Landscape And Ecological Aesthetic

Aesthetics, landscape and ecology have already been three independent professional fields, and each one has their own specific academic theoretical foundations. Recently, it has become more important to connect every two of these three fields through the inter-discipline. Even so, many landscape projects can not integrate these three fields well. The purposes of this dissertation are to explore the relations of these three professional fields and try to offer various theoretical aspects for this inter-discipline.At first, this dissertation discusses the relationships of each combination of the three disciplines, such as landscape-aesthetics, landscape-ecology, and ecology-aesthetics.
