With the development of world economics, the problem of energy and environment becomes more and more severe. As a developing country, the development race of Chinese economics is far rapid, these kind problem is more stringent. The crude oil reserves in China is limited, With market requirement, It is important to increase the availability of crude oil. In China, there is a lot of crude oil to be used for combustion in boiler, it is a great waste. In order to take advantage of the part oil, there exists a problem —alternative fuel and NOx pollution.The dissertation focuses on the research.On the basis of CWS(Coal-water Slurry) combustion theory, The dissertation focuses on experiment and CFD calculation about combustion, ash deposition and field application on steam generator. Results show, The CWS can be used in steam generator in stead of crude oil. And do the slagging characteristic research on CWS used in Test. Do the experiment and calculation on retrofit of steam generator and burner used. Simulate the ash trace in steam generator and judge the slagging trend, and make a new CWS-oil burner, Solve the retrofit problem of first steam generator from oil fired to CWS fired in the world, finish continuous combustion, make the broad use of CWS on steam generator possible, it is innovative; the new CWS-oil burner is innovative.CWS have the advantage at the SOx control, but not at the NOx control. With the pollution of NOx more and more severe, it arouse more attention. In Gas DeNOX technology, many expert in world do a lot of research in this field, there are two NOx control method: one is control in combustion and the other is control in gas. The scientific principle of NOx reduction via SCR(Selective catalytic reduction) is straightforward.The dissertation analyzes NOx pollution and SCR technology. In according to the actual project and calculation, deduce the reasonable structure data and related fomula which is good for SCR engineering. It is innovative.
