The development of the telescope is stated briefly, the sorts of the telescope and some typical configurations and the present status between domestic and international of the base on ground telescope are introduced. The concept, ideas, application and general procedure of analysis of the integrated thermal/structural/optical (TSO) analysis that is the general applied method to present optical system are stated. The contents and steps of TSO analysis are summarized.First in the paper the static analysis to the primary and second mirror has done on the basis of combining the supporting way and supporting structure of the primary and second mirror. The discussion has done to the gravity deformation and rigid body displacement of the mirrors in different direction and different support structure. The important function of the central support in the face of reducing deformation to the primary mirror; Then the dynamic analysis to the primary and second mirror has been carried on and the natural frequency of the second mirror in different support way is discussed and some advice on how to improve the support rigidity of the second mirror is proposed. And then the temperature field and configure deformation of the primary and second mirror on the function of temperature gradient of axial, radial and circle direction. The characteristics of the dichroscope with body absorbing and face radiation are stated and the transient temperature field is analysized. The temperature field and configure deformation in different time is known and the influence on visible and middle infrared light is analysized. The advice to thermal control is put forward and the influence of self-radiation of the dichroscope to the detector is analysized. On the basis of finishing the structural and thermal analysis, the influence of configure deformation acted on the mechanical and thermal load on the optical performance is analysized, it is unanimous that the analysis results of optical performance are compared to the component deformation under load, the change of the optical performance can meet the need of the system. The classification and source of the error in finite element analysis (FEA) is summarized and some approaches to control the error are suggested. The FEA error in this dissertation is evaluated, the simulation result is approved by the configure test of the primary mirror.
