At present, the need of sustainable development of the human society and rapiddevelopment of the advanced manufacturing technology, are bringing new changesand great impact on the manufacturing industry. Green Manufacturing (GM) is a kindof sustainable development model of modern manufacturing industry with remarkablesocial benefit and economic benefits, which will make GM one of the maindevelopment trends of the manufacturing industry in the 21st century. Green processplanning is one of the important research contents of GM and has critical realisticsignificance in reducing resources consuming and offal discharge. In this thesis, it expatiates on the background of GM and its importance insociety development and contents of theoretical system framework; Summarizes theconception and contents, resources consuming model and multi-objectdecision-making framework and model of process planning for GM; Sums updomestic and international research status and development trends in the relevant fieldof GM and process planning, Narrates the purpose and meaning and subject source ofthis thesis. Aiming at the status and deficiency existing in domestic green process planning,the research on the optimization method of process factors and processes in itsplanning for GM is set as a key route, to comparatively deep study the environmentalcharacteristic of process resource, decision-making mode, the optimal selection pathsof process factors (such as cutter, cutting fluid and cutting fluid system), optimalmethods of process parameters, the appraise of process scheme and the optimizationof process way in the process planning for GM. And finally, to offer a series ofcommon technologies or methods for green process planning and implementing ofcomponents machining. According to multi-object decision-making system, contents framework anddecision-making model, the selection methods of process factors in process planningfor GM are studied thoroughly, which include mainly the selection of cutters andcutting fluid, optimization of cutting fluid system. Instances are combined into theresearch to apply above-mentioned factors as a whole. As to the optimization ofprocesses in process planning for GM, the impact on green characteristic of processescaused by process parameters are analyzed at first. In the end, based on synthesizing the above-mentioned factors ofprocess planning for GM, the appraise of process schemes and the confirmation ofoptimal methods of process parameters for GM according to instances, and thedecision of optimal sequence of components machining with better greencharacteristic, draw lessons from riper variation thought of process decision-makingaccording to instances, carry out optimal methods of process route for GM based onexamples, discuss how to set a application technology of optimizin...
