As a typical complex assembly product,the structure and module of marine diesel engine is very complex,which brings great challenge to the assembly process design and manufacturing.With the development of modern computer technology and network technology,they have been transplanted into the field of design and manufacturing,the computer aided assembly process planning has become an inevitable trend.To solve the key problems of complex assembly process design,lack of process validation and low efficiency in the field,this paper analyzed the application methods of system integration,took the assembly process design and simulation,assembly process visualization as main body to research the key technology and constructed the system platform of visualization assembly process planning.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Based on uniform data source,the technology of three-dimensional assembly process design is studied,receiving product EBOM from upstream and build product model library,establishing the three dimensional process database to classify and manage the process resource.On the basis the of BOM,combining the assembly code which express the assembly level and sequence to get the automatic generation of the assembly BOM.Based on the PBOM,designing the detailed three-dimensional structured process design and construct the assembly process tree which contains dynamic integration of various data sets,and provide a single product and process data for the process simulation and visualization,improve the accuracy of data transfer process.Finally,it help to solve the problems of the confusion of process data management and the unclear expression of the process information.(2)This paper gives a study on digital simulation technology of the assembly process of marine diesel,combined with the application of system integration,the process design data is extracted and the organization is converted to process simulation data.Building the digital assembly scene based on simulation,combining the digital assembly scene,planning and simulating the assembly path around the product,carrying out the ergonomics simulation analysis around the human,and the output assembly simulation data is integrated on the platform of assembly process design,which improve the practicability and reliability of the process design.(3)Aiming at solving the problems such as the intuitive assembly instruction,the confusion of quality data management,and the feedback is not timely,this paper studied the workshop-oriented visualization technology of assembly process.Analyzing the way to realize the visualization of process information and resources.In addition,taking full account of the needs of management of quality data and feedback of process problem,this paper presents the method of paperless management,the communication way of on-site problem feedback is established,and achieve the goal of None-disconnect between field work and process design,finally improving the efficiency of field work management.(4)Based on the above theoretical analysis,using the basic functions of Teamcenter and Vis MockUp software,and develop them independently,the integration link between process design and process simulation is opened up,and the network technology is used to build the visualization platform for assembly process,which is convenient for operators to perform the visualization operation,quality data management,process information feedback and so on,and get through the key links of process design and manufacturing.
