Objective: To prepare a kind of with fine physical and biologic properties for postoperative antiadhesion, and provide experimentative evidences to clinical application. Methods: carboxymethylchitosan (CMCH)-carboxymethylcelloluse (CMC) film were prepared successfully by the different ratio of CMCH and CMC, glutaraldehyde and ammonium aluminium sulfate cross-linked; Biocompatibility of CMCH-CMC film was evaluated through cytotoxicity test, hemolysis test, skin irritation test, systemic acute toxicity test; The antiadhesive effect of the CMCH-CMC film on peripheral nerve injury and intestinal adhesion were investigated; The effects of CMCH-CMC film on the healing of colonic anastomosis was evaluated; The mechanism of overhealing alleviation and adhesive prevention by CMCH in wound healing was investigated. Results: The CMCH-CMC film has good biocompatibility, the feasible strength that could be sutured and does not interfere with intestinal anastomosis healing; CMCH can inhibit autocrine of TGF-β1 selectively. Conclusion: The CMCH-CMC film will be made product for clinical demand in future.
