Research On TV Diffusion Plate Manufacturing Quality Management Optimization In Z Company

Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2019,it has had a huge impact on economy,consumption and society in China.In the current,the impact of the epidemic is still continuing,the color television industry in China is more and more difficult.Z New Materials Co.,LTD.(called as Z Company for short)is a manufacturing enterprise engaged in the research,production and sales of color TV LCD diffusion plate.Z Company mainly supplies TV back light diffusion plate to Top ten domestic color TV enterprises.Under the influence of the harsh environment,Z Company is faced with severe challenges.To survive and develop,Z Company need produce the low-cost and high-quality products.At the same time,the manufacturing quality management level in current diffusion plate industry is quite low.Therefore,this paper takes Z company as the research object,and based on the current situation of manufacturing quality management of the company,puts forward the research topic of how to optimize the product manufacturing quality management of Z Company.Based on the theory of total quality management,this paper studies the current situation of TV diffusion plate quality management in Z Company with relevant quality tools,and analyzes the causes of quality management problems.Four fundamental causes are identified as follows: the company has not established the quality awareness publicity and implementation mechanism,lack of quality risk assessment and prevention mechanism,quality assessment mechanism is not comprehensive and has not established the quality control plan.Then,a specific measure is proposed for each cause.Finally,in view of Z Company TV diffusion plate manufacturing quality management optimization measures,respectively formulated the implementation plan and safeguard measures,to ensure that the optimization measures can be smoothly implemented.The specific measures proposed in this paper not only help to optimize the quality management level of TV diffusion plate manufacturing of Z Company,but also have practical guiding significance for the overall improvement of quality management of the company,and provide reference for other diffusion plate manufacturing enterprises to improve product quality in the manufacturing process and learn and practice total quality management.
