In recent years,as the wages of domestic workers rise year by year,their disadvantage in the competition with foreign enterprises becomes more and more prominent.The trade war between China and the United States has restricted the development of foreign companies in China.Some foreign companies in China have resorted to retrenchment strategies such as shifting production bases and reducing orders.This also further affects the export of weak current products,especially high-end weak current products.The higher cost of entering the domestic market for weak current products has also made foreign companies more cautious about buying foreign brands.This also forces our local weak current engineering companies must change the previous extensive management methods.The COVID-19 pandemic has caused severe shrinkage of the world economy.These external macro environments have brought great challenges to the structure of China’s smart weak current engineering industry,but also provided an opportunity for the development of China’s smart weak current industry.In recent years,Chinese government policies have changed along with the international situation,and it has introduced a number of favorable policies for domestic enterprises.In the environment of favorable domestic policy,tightening international situation and rapid development of science and technology,this thesis chooses Kuohong Electronics company weak current intelligent business competition strategy as the research object.First,PEST analysis method and Porter’s Five Forces model are used to analyze the macro environment it faces.Secondly,the internal environment of weak current intelligent business of Kuhong Electronics company is analyzed from three aspects: enterprise resource capability,enterprise capability analysis and enterprise culture.Thirdly,in the enterprise’s strategic goal system,EFE/IFE matrix analysis as the keynote.Find out the external effective opportunities and internal absolute advantages,and take both as the internal driving force of enterprise development,and then combine the internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and risks,using SWOT matrix analysis,and obtain the competitive strategy matrix;Then,using QSPM matrix,it is determined that the best competitive strategy of weak current intelligent business of Kuohong Electronics company is differentiation strategy.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of differentiation strategy of weak current intelligent business of Kuohong Electronics company,the differentiation strategy of weak current intelligent business of Kuohong Electronics company is proposed from four aspects: business,product,service and brand.The guarantee measures for strategy execution are put forward from three aspects: organizational structure,corporate culture and human resources.The balanced scorecard and strategy map are used to control the process of strategy implementation.The research results of this paper can not only point out the direction of weak current intelligent operation of Kuohong Electronics company,but also help Kuohong Electronics company to continuously improve its core competitiveness.Some suggestions and methods proposed in this paper can be used as reference for other enterprises,and provide useful practical reference for the development of similar small and micro enterprises in Kuohong Electronics Company.
