| The retail business of commercial banks is characterized by dispersed risks,stable returns,and low costs,and its contribution to the overall revenue of banks has steadily increased.Under the background of "new retail",building an innovative retail business system and promoting the transformation and upgrading of retail business has become a common choice for all commercial banks.As China’s economy enters the new normal,consumption levels continue to rise,and consumption concepts are also undergoing profound changes.Big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,and other technologies have been widely applied,and the "new retail" business has emerged and entered a rapid development stage.On the one hand,the emergence of "new retail" provides a direction for the transformation of commercial banks’ retail business,but also exposes the shortcomings of current commercial banks’ retail business,making it difficult to truly meet the increasing financial needs of residents.In the context of "new retail",the retail business of commercial banks needs to adhere to the development concept of "customer centric",with a new trend of online and offline integration,financial technology applications,and consumption scenario construction.In the process of transformation and upgrading of commercial banks’ retail business,the "employees" factor is crucial.Employees need to adapt to new thinking concepts,customer service,technology applications,and organizational structures behavioral.However,due to differences in external environment and personality factors,bank employees have varying degrees of adaptation to the transformation of retail business,leading to difficulties in the transformation of commercial banks’ retail business.Therefore,this article introduces the concept of adaptive performance to evaluate employee adaptive performance in the transformation process of commercial banks’ retail business,which has certain practical significance and theoretical value.To sum up,this article first analyzes the current research status of "new retail",bank retail business,and adaptive performance,defines relevant concepts of commercial bank retail business,and clarifies the scope of this article;Secondly,it qualitatively analyzes the challenge of employees’ retail business transformation and adaptation in commercial banks under the background of "new retail",expounds the connotation of retail business in commercial banks,the content of employee adaptation,and the factors that affect employee adaptation;Thirdly,the evaluation index system is determined through expert interview from the perspective of psychology,ability,behavior,interpersonal relationships,and environment,and the index weight is determined through network analytic hierarchy process,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is determined as the evaluation method;Finally,this article evaluates the adaptive performance of employees in Bank G and X branches,analysis the problems and proposes countermeasures and suggestions accordingly. |
