In recent years,China’s banking industry has developed rapidly under the influence of the dividend of the rapid development of the domestic economy.In the short term,it has caught up with the international peers and obtained beautiful transcripts,but also exposed the problems of insufficient diversity of financial products and insufficient service coverage.Traditional finance,following the "28" law,reveals that 80%of operating income comes from 20%of customers,and further reflects the trend of financial institutions’ preference for resource allocation.The urgent capital needs of small enterprises,individual businesses and low-income groups,which account for 80%of the total number of customers,are often difficult to be well met by traditional finance.Inclusive finance has developed rapidly in the world in recent years.The main reason is that under the circumstances of financial exclusion and unbalanced development,it has made up for the disadvantages derived from traditional finance,such as the unequal access to opportunities and rights of finance,and the unequal distribution of financial resources,making finance more fair and inclusive.Timely adjusting the operation strategy of inclusive financial business according to the internal and external environment is not only the development trend of commercial banks,but also an important guarantee for achieving sustainable and high-quality development.Based on the background of new changes in economic development at home and abroad,new trends in industry regulation and new business conditions of market demand,combined with the development status of Bank B’s inclusive financial business,this paper studies the improvement of its competitive strategy.Based on dynamic competition theory,core competitiveness theory and resource-based view theory,PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces model and other tools are used to comprehensively evaluate the macro environment,industry competition,the development status of bank’s inclusive finance,and enterprise resources and capabilities,and other factors of Bank B’s inclusive finance.SWOT analysis and QSPM matrix are used to determine the development strategy of the bank’s inclusive business,and specific implementation plans and safeguard measures are put forward.Through the analysis of the goal and development reality of the inclusive financial business of Bank B,this paper concludes that the inclusive financial business of Bank B is facing opportunities such as strong support from the government,better macroeconomic conditions,more potential customers,and the improvement of the quality of financial consumers.At the same time,it is threatened by factors such as intensified horizontal competition,poor risk resistance of small and micro customers,stricter supervision,and expansion of Internet finance.The development of Bank B’s inclusive financial business has many advantages,such as good product innovation foundation,excellent customer resource quality,strong inclusive business concept,relatively complete channel construction,high brand social recognition,mature digital operation,etc.,but it is also affected by the disadvantages of insufficient professionals,single promotion means,weak expansion of the three rural markets,and poor market research efficiency.This paper synthesizes various factors of the Bank’s inclusive financial development,and determines the competitive strategy of Bank B’s inclusive financial business differentiation from a variety of alternative strategies.This paper discusses the specific implementation measures of differentiated competition strategy from the dimensions of product differentiation,service differentiation,pricing differentiation,marketing channel differentiation,customer differentiation,and puts forward supporting support plans from the aspects of organizational culture,human resources,assessment and incentive,resource guarantee,risk prevention and control,and technical system.It is of great significance to promote Bank B to enhance the development capacity of inclusive financial business and ensure high-quality and sustainable development.
