| With the figures released by China’s General Administration of Customs and Light industry food industry in recent years,China’s canned food exports have jumped to the world’s first.With the arrival of the epidemic,canned food industry is facing more and more external challenges and uncertainties,and the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly hot.It is not so much the competition among enterprises as the competition of human capital of enterprises.Enterprises need employees to help them improve work efficiency and achieve strategic development goals,which can only be achieved after employees are trained.In order to obtain high-quality employees,enterprises must train employees.Nowadays,the necessity of training has been recognized by major enterprises,and the training of employees has become an indispensable task of each enterprise every year.However,because many enterprises still have certain views and prejudices on training,and many personnel engaged in training management are not professional,the training is not planned,systematic and targeted from the beginning to the end.Therefore,enterprises must establish a set of employee training system to fundamentally solve these problems.This paper takes XK Company of canned food industry as an example and takes technical staff as the research object.Two research methods are used in the optimization of technical staff training system: Literature review method,questionnaire survey method,through the use of relevant training theories and relevant investigation methods,to find XK company’s technical staff training system problems and take targeted,systematic optimization measures and safeguard measures for the relevant problems,so as to achieve the enterprise’s training objectives.The innovation of this paper lies in the industry and the object of the study,as well as in the subsequent optimization process,the corresponding curriculum setting and trainer selection are carried out according to the technical characteristics of such jobs as technical staff.The conclusion of this paper is that teaching according to their aptitude and optimizing the training system for technical staff are of great practical significance for the improvement of product quality and the completion of training objectives of the whole company. |
