Research On Governance Of Magnitude Public Health Incident From The Perspective Of Infodemiology

Following the outbreak of the COVID-19 at the end of 2019,the pandemic has coexisted at home and abroad for nearly three years.To promote the healthy China strategy,it is necessary to constantly improve the ability to respond to major public health emergencies in the "big examination" of the epidemic situation.The era of social media has brought new severe challenges to the governance of major public health emergencies.This research is based on the theoretical model of information epidemiology.The research studies the emotional-theme characteristics and forwarding diffusion characteristics of Internet users’ communication,aiming to provide important enlightenment for governance decisions of major public health events.This research takes "Shanghai epidemic situation" as the key word,carried out from the emotional theme dimension of content and the social network dimension of relationship.On the content dimension,the emotion and theme analysis is realized by using the emotion analysis function of Jisuke and python;On the relationship dimension,based on the social network analysis method,"forwarding diffusion" network is constructed by using ucinet and gephi.The research found that: in the content dimension,Internet users’ communication has the characteristics of closeness to life and resonance of emotion,and positive emotion is higher than negative emotion;In terms of forwarding communication,public opinion emergencies and emotionalization will promote the forwarding of relevant content,in which negative emotions are easier to be forwarded.In the relationship dimension,the overall structure of Internet users’ communication shows the characteristics of weak connection and strong communication.The communication power and influence of personal authentication accounts with a certain fan base are shown by official authentication accounts and non authentication accounts.Based on the above research,further discuss the key factors affecting Internet users’ communication,and give inspiration from the four dimensions of building a collaborative governance system,building an "emotional community",strengthening the ability to set the agenda,and keeping the position of mainstream public opinion.
