Research On The Innovation Model Of Huawei Open Source Technology

With the rapid development of information technology and the stimulation of internet genes,the sharing economy has been developing rapidly in recent years.This open and innovative economic model is continuously injecting new vitality into the sustainable development of enterprises.Innovation is at the forefront of the five major development concepts,and we must also keep up with the times.At present,the traditional closed innovation model is gradually exposing drawbacks such as talent resource constraints,shortage of effective knowledge,unclear demand information,insufficient innovation funds,lack of social capital,and scattered innovation resources,which are no longer suitable for the requirements of the times for innovation.In the context of anti globalization,enterprises are facing technological innovation pressure.How to build an efficient and collaborative open source technology innovation model is the core concern for achieving China’s new round of medium and long-term scientific and technological development plan and the 14th Five Year Plan for scientific and technological innovation.The construction of an open source innovation model has become an important way for China to achieve technological self-reliance and selfimprovement.This article studies Huawei’s open source technology innovation model.Through in-depth research,this paper innovatively analyzes Huawei’s open source technology innovation model,extracts three important model building elements:innovation subject elements,open source community elements,and third-party elements,and analyzes the operating mechanism of Huawei’s open source innovation model from the three aspects of incentive mechanism,dynamic mechanism,and Community Governance based on the three elements,and summarizes Huawei’s innovation experience,Further propose strategies for promoting experience nationwide to help enhance China’s open source technology innovation capabilities;Innovatively analyzing the many challenges faced by traditional innovation from a resource perspective,analyzing the mechanisms and characteristics of open source innovation,proposing the use of open source to resolve innovation resource constraints,and improving technological innovation efficiency.The specific research content is as follows:Firstly,with the help of literature research methods,a large amount of literature is collected and studied,and the background and significance of the topic are comprehensively extracted.Relevant theories,including closed innovation,open innovation,sharing economy,and open source innovation,are sorted out,and the current research status at home and abroad is summarized.The main purpose of this article is to analyze Huawei’s open source technology innovation model in depth,extract the construction elements and operating mechanisms of the model,and study how Huawei can use open source innovation to resolve traditional closed source innovation resource constraints and help improve technology innovation efficiency.The solid theoretical "cornerstone" serves as the "soul" of the article,and this article mainly uses open innovation theory,sharing economy theory,and resource view theory as theoretical guidance.Based on theoretical exploration and research,deeply interpret Huawei’s open source technology innovation model.Secondly,using case analysis and comparative analysis methods,this study delves into the necessity of Huawei’s open source technology innovation from a resource perspective,and elaborates in detail on the technological innovation pressure it faces in the context of anti globalization,as well as the resource constraints faced by traditional closed source innovation compared to open source innovation.Conduct a machine understanding of the innovation model of open source technology,analyze in detail the characteristics of open source innovation,how open source solves innovation resource constraints,and how to improve technological innovation efficiency.And deeply interpret the three building elements,current construction status,and operational mechanisms of Huawei’s innovation model.Huawei’s open source technology innovation model,as an extension and practice of open innovation,makes resource allocation more efficient,enterprises obtain more comprehensive platform models,inject new sources of innovation into products and services,surpass the "theoretical innovation" stage of open innovation,and enter a more advanced innovation ecosystem stage.Finally,based on the previous research,this paper summarizes the insights gained from the case studies,summarizes the experience of Huawei’s open source technology innovation model,and provides strategic suggestions for further promoting the experience in China.Finally,the conclusion of this article and future prospects are drawn.
