Design And Implementation Of Personalized Learning System Based On OR-DINA Model

It has been confirmed that Subject knowledge ability diagnosis model do effective on personalized learning in the academic research.But there exists a limitation in the actual teaching objective,teachers don’t have enough energy to analyze and evaluate each student’s knowledge state.Along with the coming of the era of big data and the Internet application in the field of education,computer is seen as a waiter for education,has become a hot research topic in the field of personalized learning.Through the investigation of the current research,we find that there are a large number of theoretical study describes the methods and techniques of academic knowledge and the ability to diagnose personalized learning model,and carry out practical applications for specific areas.This proves that the cognitive knowledge of individual learning ability in individual learning is an effective means of measuring students’ knowledge and improving teaching quality.But with the ongoing education reform,part of the ability to diagnose classical model of subject knowledge(DINA model)no longer applies to some current individualized teaching situation.How to optimize these models and combine them with online learning to apply to the personalized learning system?These questions are the focus of this paper.In response to these problems,we design a personalized learning system based on the ability of diagnosis model subject knowledge,to explore a method of truly personalized online learning.In this paper,the research content includes the following three aspects:Firstly,aiming at the problems of DINA and R-DINA,we put forward the optimized model of the OR-DINA expounds on the expression of the model and solve the problem,and through the formula derivation of the OR-DINA model parameter estimation formula,sums up the process of parameter estimation,explain the rationality of the OR-DINA model creation process.Secondly,we design an example based on the OR-DINA model.According to the OR-DINA model parameter estimation step,the guess and error parameters of each project are estimated and the degree of knowledge of the learners is output.And targeted remedial recommendations are given to achieve individualized teaching.OR-DINA model is compared with DINA model to verify that the OR-DINA model has higher accuracy.Thirdly,we design a personalized learning system based on OR-DINA model.Through the business needs analysis,interface and database design,module implementation and performance testing and a series of processes,indicating that the system has been able to achieve the diagnosis of students’ weak knowledge of the expected results.Through the empirical study,we find that the personalized learning system based on the OR-DINA model can well diagnose the learner’s knowledge structure and ability level,and put forward the remedial suggestions for the defects of the learners.It really achieves the goal of individualized teaching and personalized learning.
