With the gradual enhancement of public health awareness and the continuous implementation of medical reform measures,the scale of Chinese pharmaceutical industry continues to expand,and the industry concentration continues to improve.But at the same time,under the influence of stricter supervision,development of Internet technology and other factors,the competition of pharmaceutical retail chain industry has gradually changed from the traditional price-oriented competition to the competition of supply chain system.Hunan Yifeng Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD.,as a leading enterprise in the pharmaceutical retail chain industry in Hunan Province,whose logistics distribution system in Changsha is out of step with store expansion and lacks proper planning.Based on this background,the main research contents are as follows:The dissertation takes the inventory and distribution problems of normal temperature drug in Changsha of Hunan Yifeng Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd,as the research object and uses twostage method to unify inventory and distribution costs under an objective function,aiming to find the optimal distribution time,distribution quantity and distribution path through the decision of each store ordering timing,and achieve the goal of minimizing the total cost in the system planning period.Firstly,this dissertation summarizes the research status of inventory routing problem in recent years,and makes clear the research direction of this dissertation:the inventory routing problem of pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises;Secondly,the replenishment strategy,inventory cost composition,urban distribution characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of different distribution modes for pharmaceutical chain enterprises are analyzed,and the considerations,modeling methods and solving algorithms of inventory routing problem are described.Then,aiming at the problems of inaccurate demand transmission,unreasonable distribution route planning and low timeliness of store distribution in Changsha of Hunan Yifeng Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,a two-stage method is used to build the inventory routing optimization model of minimizing the total cost in the system planning period,and the model considers the service time of each store and sets soft time windows constraints;Finally,combined with the characteristics of the model to design algorithm,taking some direct-sale stores in Changsha city as an example,using Matlab for example analysis.The solution results of the example show that the inventory routing optimization model with soft time window considering the service time,which is built for the inventory and distribution problem in Changsha of Hunan Yifeng Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd,can effectively reduce the inventory and distribution cost of the enterprise and improve the distribution timeliness of each store by deciding the ordering time of each store,which has strong applicability.This dissertation builds an inventory routing optimization model with soft time window considering service time for inventory and distribution problems in Changsha of Hunan Yifeng Pharmaceutical Co.The model has certain application value for reducing enterprise logistics costs and improving customer satisfaction,and can provide theoretical support and reference for the research of industry inventory routing problems.
