With the maturity of the short video industry,the scale and growth of active users have gradually peaked,and users pay more attention to the efficiency of content consumption and the quality of content.The competition of mainstream short video platforms has changed from incremental competition to remnant competition.High quality,lasting and differentiated content is the key for users to choose short video,and it is also the development direction of short video platform.At present,mainstream short video platforms are generally faced with the dilemma that netflow distribution is too concentrated on the head creators and it is difficult for potential high-quality creators to support.Based on the above demand background,this paper proposes a short video creation monitoring mechanism based on the maximum cumulative sum(Max-CUSUM)control chart from the perspective of strategic operation,that is,to provide netflow support to specific groups of creators according to the principles of screening and recommendation.During this period,the Max-CUSUM control chart is used to identify creators with low activity and low playback volume,so as to provide a technical solution for the short video platform to build a healthy and fair content ecology.Specifically,according to the real data characteristics of short video playback volume and creation time interval,this paper assumes that the magnitude of an event follows a gamma distribution,and the time between two successive events follows an exponential distribution.Meanwhile,the Max-CUSUM control chart is proposed to simultaneously monitor the magnitude and frequency of an event.When there is an abnormal decrease in short video play or creative enthusiasm,an alarm signal is issued to remind the short video platform or operation management personnel to take improvement measures.Through Montakaro simulation method,this study simulates the monitoring effect under different smoothing parameters and different offset degrees,and applies the Max-CUSUM control chart to the chip sales data and short video creation data.Compared with the similar control chart,the Max-CUSUM chart proposed in this paper has better monitoring performance.
