| The Implementation Plan of the National Vocational Education Reform(hereinafter referred to as the Plan)proposes to start the pilot work of the "1+X" certificate system,namely,the system of "academic certificate + certain vocational skill grade certificates".The Plan proposes that the curriculum content should be connected with professional standards,and the teaching process should be connected with the production process.At the same time,the "Manufacturing Talent Development Planning Guide" jointly issued by the Ministry of Education,the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security,and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology shows that the supply of skilled talents in the ten key areas of the manufacturing industry is in short supply.The General Office of the State Council issued the Vocational Skills Action Plan(2019-2021),which proposed that in order to alleviate structural employment problems,enterprises should be encouraged to vigorously carry out targeted vocational skills training,establish a vocational skills rating recognition system,support enterprises and colleges to independently carry out vocational skills rating evaluation,and constantly improve the space for vocational development of skilled personnel.Under the background of the "1+X" certificate system and the urgent need for technical and skilled talents,under the guidance of educational theories such as constructivism and pragmatism,the research methods such as literature research,text analysis,interview survey and classroom observation are adopted to integrate the standard of PLC Technology Application and programmable controller system application programming certificate in secondary vocational schools.The teaching project "PLC Technology Application" based on course certificate integration in secondary vocational schools is designed to help cultivate high-quality technical talents who can adapt to the development of the industry.First of all,through the interpretation of "X" certificate standard,the essential connotation of "X" certificate is mined,and corresponding skill points are summarized to point out the direction for the subsequent target positioning.The PLC curriculum standard is analyzed in depth,and the similarities and differences of PLC curriculum objectives and curriculum content in different schools are compared,which lays the foundation for the subsequent reconstruction design.PLC teachers in secondary vocational schools were interviewed to grasp the teaching status of "PLC Technology Application" and provide ideas for the design of subsequent teaching projects.Secondly,through teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching evaluation "three key points" to organically combine the designed teaching program and certificate,with Dreyfus model as the reference to achieve the curriculum and certificate "standard integration","content integration","evaluation integration".Finally,the design based on the "curriculum card integration" of the secondary vocational school "PLC technology application" teaching project into practice.The effect of teaching implementation is verified through the change of students’ classroom performance,the change of students’ learning attitude and the change of the certificate passing rate.Through analysis,the teaching implementation effect of this course is in line with the professional development and cognitive characteristics of secondary vocational students,reasonably mobilize the enthusiasm of students to learn,so that they better grasp the basic knowledge of "PLC technology application" and practical skills in the learning process,lay the foundation for the examination of skills certificate,for the future on the enterprise post accumulated practical experience. |
