| With the improvement of social welfare level,school-age children in welfare institutions receive more and more attention from the society.As a vulnerable group in the society,school-age children in welfare homes face more challenges and difficulties in both physical and psychological aspects.Due to living in the closed environment of welfare homes for a long time,and the fact that the education methods of welfare homes are disconnected from the society,there are some deviations between school-age children in school-age institutions’ self-cognition and behavior performance in welfare homes,which makes it difficult for them to integrate into the society when they become adults.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the deviation behavior of school-age children in welfare homes.This paper takes A city welfare home school-age children as the research object,through the using of interview method,participatory observation to collect the data of school-age children,understand the basic situation of school-age children and the deviation of the deviation of school-age children behavior evaluation,found that most welfare home school-age children emotional behavior,disobedience behavior and learning adaptation deviation behavior,and from the social level,welfare institute level,peer level and individual level analyzes the causes of the welfare home school-age children.On this basis,focusing on the need of deviation behavior correction of the welfare home school-age children,from the perspective of cognitive behavior theory and lable theory,recruiting six in primary school with deviation behavior of welfare home of school-age children as a research object,using the method of group work,make a social work service flan.Through eight group activities,help team members correctly understand themselves,change their wrong cognition,so as to improve and correct their deviation behavior.Understand the effectiveness of group intervention by using process assessment and outcome assessment.The conclusion shows that the group work involved in school-aged children in welfare homes.At the same time,the author also reflected on the intervention of the group work.There are some deficiencies: First,the number of people involved in the group activities is limited;Second,the service level of social workers needs to be further improved;Third,the follow-up of the group in the later stage needs to be further strengthened.In order to better improve the deviation behavior of school-aged children in welfare homes,this study makes the following suggestions: First,strengthen care for school-aged children in welfare homes;Second,strengthen social support for school-aged children in welfare homes;Third,improve the professional quality of the staff,introduce more professionals,and provide more professional services for school-age children in welfare homes. |
