| Children’s physical intelligence is an emerging industry aimed at the physical and mental health development of young children and children in China.Its emergence can not only solve the problem of imbalanced physical and mental health development of some children,but also solve the employment problem of sports talents.With the strong support of national policies and the practical needs of society,the development and implementation of children’s physical intelligence related courses have attracted much attention.However,while their rapid development is also accompanied by some urgent problems to be solved,especially in the construction of the structural system of children’s physical intelligence courses and the scientific nature of training plans for different age groups.Research purpose: By constructing a curriculum structure system for physical intelligence for children aged 10-12,developing targeted training plans,and selecting experimental subjects for intervention,this study aims to test whether the curriculum structure system and training plan can promote the physical and mental health development of students,improve their physical test scores,cultivate good moral cultivation,and promote the development of logical and creative thinking in practical applications,Further demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the course structure system,and summarize the shortcomings of this course structure system and training plan,in order to provide reference for the improvement of the body intelligence course structure system and the formulation of training plans.Research methods: This study mainly adopts literature review,interview,experimental methods,and other research methods.The research object is the structure and training plan of the physical intelligence curriculum for children aged10-12.Experts in the field of physical intelligence curriculum and training,as well as parents of students,are surveyed through a questionnaire.Children aged 10-12 who participate in the physical intelligence curriculum are selected as the experimental objects.The research content is the structure system,training plan,and testing content of the physical intelligence curriculum.Among them,the literature review method was used to conduct research on the disintegration of intelligent courses and training,providing a theoretical basis for the design of the structure system and training plan of the intelligent courses;Improve the curriculum structure system and design training programs through expert interviews and parent interviews;Conduct independent sample t-tests and paired sample t-tests on the two sets of data before and after the experiment using experimental methods to demonstrate and analyze the scientific and reasonable nature of the developed structure system and training plan for the agent intelligence course.Research results:1.In terms of analyzing and constructing the structural system of AI courses,exploration is mainly conducted from three aspects: setting and analyzing course objectives,setting and analyzing course content,and setting and analyzing course activity methods;A more specialized and systematic curriculum structure system has been developed based on the characteristics of physical and mental development of children aged 10-12 and the teaching characteristics of physical intelligence courses.The system mainly focuses on improving the physical fitness,motor skills,and problem-solving abilities of children aged 10-12,with small class teaching and open teaching as the main features,and promoting the comprehensive development of children aged 10-12 as the guiding ideology.The basic physical fitness Hands-on skills and problem-solving abilities are the course content,and diverse and open course activities are used as the activity methods,playing an important role in enhancing the scientific nature of the body intelligence curriculum.2.In terms of designing the training plan for the body intelligence course,exploration and analysis are mainly conducted from three aspects: the goal of the course training plan,the characteristics of the course plan,and the design of the course plan.Based on the actual needs of students and their sports participation,body intelligence,psychological quality,and social adaptability,following the characteristics of small class teaching and open teaching,a scientific teaching proportion,progress,and teaching and training content that focuses on physical and mental development have been developed,This training focuses on the cultivation of basic physical qualities such as coordination,agility,speed,endurance,flexibility,and strength,in order to promote the comprehensive development of physical fitness,motor skills,and problem-solving abilities in children aged 10-12.3.Through experimental verification of the structural system and experimental plan of the body intelligence curriculum,it was found that there were significant differences(p<0.05)in the three primary indicators of physical fitness,motor skills,and problem-solving ability in body intelligence,including endurance,strength,speed,control skills,displacement skills,attitude towards problems,and problem-solving quality(p<0.05).Flexibility,coordination sensitivity,hand control There is a significant difference in stable skills and problem-solving methods(p<0.01),indicating that this course can significantly improve students’ physical and mental health development.The structure system and training plan of the 10-12 year old children’s physical intelligence course studied in this article are scientific and feasible.Research conclusion:1.The design of the AI course plan starts with the characteristics of AI itself,the guiding ideology and objectives of the new curriculum standard,the research content and testing content of physical fitness and AI,and combines the actual needs of students to determine the guiding ideology,course objectives,course content,periodic training plan,and AI evaluation,gradually constructing a scientific AI course structure system.2.By observing the physical fitness tolerance of the experimental subjects and the effectiveness of course training during the course implementation process,combined with training principles and the actual situation of the experimental subjects,adjust the training load and intensity appropriately,so that the experimental subjects can fully grasp the course teaching content as much as possible,thereby ensuring the effectiveness of the AI course training plan,and gradually improving the course training plan during this process.3.Through the training of the body intelligence course,the endurance,strength,speed,control skills,displacement skills,attitude towards problems,and problem-solving qualities of the experimental subjects have been significantly improved,and the abilities of flexibility,coordination sensitivity,hand control,stability skills,and problem-solving methods have been significantly improved.This proves that the structural system and training plan of this course have a certain degree of scientificity and can effectively promote the physical and mental health development of students. |
