Since the implementation of the new curriculum standards,China’s educational reform has entered the era of literacy training.A large number of teachers and scholars have been exploring teaching methods that can promote the cultivation and development of core literacy,and constantly updating educational concepts.SOLO taxonomy theory is a theory that is in line with cognitive development and can evaluate the level of thinking,which coincides with the concept of the new curriculum standard.The unit review course teaching is used to help students improve their literacy and improve their learning efficiency.It is an indispensable and important part of teaching.How to change the status quo of traditional unit review course and improve the quality of teaching is a problem that physics teachers are constantly exploring.Therefore,this study aims to apply SOLO taxonomy theory to the teaching of unit review course,and provide reference for the implementation of high school physics unit review course.This research firstly understands the research status of SOLO taxonomy theory and unit review course at home and abroad by reading and sorting out relevant literature,and determines the research content,methods and ideas.Secondly,it expounds the theoretical basis.Thirdly,this paper discusses the strategy of combining SOLO taxonomy theory with unit review course teaching from four aspects: analysis and reorganization of teaching content,diagnosis of learning situation,formulation of review objectives and design of review strategies,and integrates it into actual teaching to form teaching cases for teaching practice research.Finally,the experimental data are collected and processed by SPSS 22.0software,so as to analyze the teaching effect and verify the effectiveness of unit review course teaching guided by SOLO taxonomy theory.The research results show that the unit review course teaching based on the SOLO taxonomy theory is conducive to judging students’ thinking in solving problems,and can promote the improvement of students’ thinking level,and boys are better than girls in the extended abstract level;it can significantly improve students’ learning effect;to a certain extent,it can promote students to deeply grasp knowledge points,build a complete knowledge system and help improve students’ thinking ability and problem-solving ability.Therefore,the application of SOLO taxonomy theory in unit review teaching can obviously improve the review efficiency,provide some theoretical reference for the teaching research of high school physics unit review,and have certain practical significance for the front-line teaching practice.
