Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Campus Football In Undergraduate Colleges And Universities In Hunan Province

With the continuous development of campus football in China,the leading role of colleges and universities in this systematic project is becoming increasingly prominent.Giving full play to the leading role of colleges and universities in the field of campus football is of great significance to the in-depth development of campus football activities in China.In order to implement the education policies of the CPC Central Committee and the state and promote the vigorous development of school sports and campus football in Hunan Province,it is of great practical significance to conduct in-depth and extensive investigation and Research on the development of campus football in undergraduate colleges and universities in Hunan Province.This paper selects teachers and students from 17 undergraduate colleges and universities in Hunan Province as the survey object,and makes a detailed study on the condition guarantee of campus football,football teaching,extracurricular activities and campus football competition by using the methods of literature,field investigation,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.The results are as follows:(1)The special football teachers in Hunan undergraduate colleges are mainly composed of young and middle-aged teachers,and there are few young teachers;The educational background is mostly graduate students,and the professional title is mainly at the lecturer level;Nearly half of the special football teachers have no athlete level,and some teachers have no coach qualification certificate,so there are few opportunities for training and exchange;The teaching equipment is quite sufficient,and the football field has not yet met the needs of daily teaching and training.College football funds are insufficient,and the source of football funds is relatively single;Most colleges and universities have inadequate security measures.(2)The goal of sports participation and sports skills are put in the first place in the campus football curriculum of undergraduate colleges in Hunan Province;The teaching content of football course mainly focuses on the teaching of traditional football techniques and tactics,and the teaching of football theory course is insufficient;The teaching method of football course is more inclined to learning guidance method and action practice method,and less to use general education method.(3)Hunan undergraduate college students’ participation in football extracurricular activities is mainly influenced by friends,Internet media and personal favorite football stars;The frequency and time of students participating in football extracurricular activities are less;The main place for students to carry out extracurricular football activities is the football field in the school;The main way for students to participate in football extracurricular activities is the free behavior of individuals and small groups,lacking the guidance of football teachers.(4)The undergraduate colleges and universities in Hunan Province mainly focus on the competition in schools,and lack the competition and exchange between schools;Students’ training frequency and time before participating in the school football competition are less;There are few women’s football teams,and the professional training conditions are insufficient;The school football competition lacks guidance and management,and the level of student referees is uneven;There are few inter school football matches,and there are great differences in the level of football between colleges and universities.The main problems in the development of campus football in undergraduate colleges and universities in Hunan Province are as follows: insufficient attention from leaders and unclear development ideas;Inadequate guarantee of conditions and insufficient investment of funds;Teaching management is not strict and students’ skills are not comprehensive;There are not many extracurricular activities and rich organizational forms;The training quality is not high and the competition system is not perfect.The development of campus football in undergraduate colleges in Hunan Province should change ideas,deepen understanding and promote the implementation of policies;Broaden channels,raise funds,improve conditions and guarantee the current situation;School-based,based on the curriculum,reform and innovate the football teaching mode;Education oriented and popularization oriented,and expand the football population of college students;Scientific training,improve the effect,and improve the football competition system in Colleges and universities.
