The salary system is an important part of modern professional sports leagues,and it plays a pivotal role in motivating players,maintaining league balance,and promoting the healthy development of leagues.Reasonable salary can not only effectively stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of players,but also encourage players to work hard for the development of the club,and at the same time,it can cultivate a high-quality and competitive team.The construction of the salary system is the top priority of the reform of my country’s professional sports leagues,and it has also received widespread attention from the public.The Chinese Men’s Professional Basketball League(CBA League)is the highest-level basketball event in China,shouldering the important task of improving China’s basketball competition level and cultivating basketball reserve talents.As the level of professionalization continues to deepen under the background of the separation of league management and management,the problem of salary between clubs and players has gradually emerged.Players’ sky-high salary,huge transfer fees,and invisible clauses in contracts are not uncommon,and a unified salary system has not been formed.Based on this,the CBA League issued the "Regulations on the Registration and Registration of CBA League Players in the 2020-2021 Season"(hereinafter referred to as the "Management Regulations")to regulate player registration,contracts,salary systems,foreign aid contracts,etc.Among them,the salary cap system is used as the salary limit system for the league starter.This paper takes the reform of the salary system of the CBA league as the research object,adopts the literature method,case analysis method,SWOT analysis method,comparative analysis method and other research methods to carry out related research,and uses the fairness theory,the two-factor theory,and the symbiosis theory to analyze the core of the salary system.content.First of all,this article gives an overview of the relevant content of the CBA league salary system,and analyzes it through salary protection and salary restrictions;secondly,it compares with the NBA professional league salary system,learns its successful experience,and summarizes its problems.The implementation of the salary system provides a reference;again;from the feasibility analysis and SWOT analysis,the implementation of the CBA league salary system is analyzed in detail,and it is concluded that its implementation is to maintain the balance of league competition,improve the professional level of my country’s basketball,and improve my country’s basketball.The level of basketball sports and the implementation of the system are feasible at the same time;finally,it evaluates the impact on the league since the implementation of the system,summarizes its positive impact,analyzes its existing problems,and makes suggestions for the improvement of the CBA league salary system.This paper summarizes and summarizes the impact of the salary system reform on the development of the CBA league,and draws the following points: 1.The original intention of the CBA league to promulgate the salary system is to solve the problems of the clubs’ operating losses,player contract confusion,and club arms race.2.The CBA league salary system is divided into two parts: salary protection and salary restrictions,which aim to provide clubs and players with salary and benefit protection while creating a fair league competition atmosphere to the greatest extent;3.The NBA league has a relatively complete environment.The salary system is worth learning and imitating in domestic professional leagues.By comparing with it,it is believed that the CBA league salary system has more problems such as safeguarding the rights of club shareholders and insufficient player incentive policies;It has had a positive impact in terms of strength improvement and players’ aggressiveness.5.The vague ownership of domestic players,lack of negotiation on one-yuan management documents,sky-high player training fees,and high-priced C-type contracts have threatened the smooth implementation of the CBA league salary system.
