Research On The Construction Of Academic Style In Colleges And Universities Based On The Concept Of "Three Integrity Education"

As a basic principle for strengthening and improving ideological and political work in colleges and universities,"three-whole education" advocates constructing a new pattern of "education" featuring full participation,whole-process coordination and all-round linkage from the three dimensions of subject,time and space.The construction of academic style in colleges and universities is a series of innovative and sustainable measures implemented by relevant departments and subjects in colleges and universities from the aspects of teaching,management,environment,culture,curriculum,service,practice and so on.In order to introduce the concept of "educating people with three perfections" into the construction of academic style in colleges and universities,it is necessary to accurately find the combination point of the two,which provides a new idea and perspective for solving the practical problems related to the construction of academic style in colleges and universities.Based on the concept of "three-in-one education",the research on the construction of academic style in colleges and universities needs to take the current situation of the construction of academic style as the logical starting point,focus on the existing prominent problems,and explore the construction of a new pattern of academic style construction of "full participation,whole process and all-round interaction" from the three dimensions of "full participation,whole process coordination and all-round linkage".This paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey,interview,literature research and observation,guided by the idea of "educating people with three perfections" and taking the present situation of the academic style construction in Dali University as the research object,to think about the measures to strengthen and improve the academic style construction in universities.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,significance,status quo,content,methods and innovation of the research on the construction of academic style in colleges and universities under the concept of "three-in-one education".The second part is a theoretical overview,which mainly defines the concept of "educating people with three Perfections" and the construction of academic style in universities,expounds the theoretical implication and practice of "educating people with three Perfections",points out the main objectives and importance of the construction of academic style in universities,summarizes the logical relationship between "educating people with three Perfections" and the construction of academic style in universities from the theoretical and practical levels,and clarifies the theoretical basis of the research.This paper demonstrates the theoretical rationality of introducing the idea of "educating people with three abilities" into the construction of academic style in colleges and universities.The third part is the current situation of the construction of academic style in colleges and universities.Taking Dali University as an example,it investigates,sorts out and analyzes the current situation of the construction of academic style in Dali University,summarizes the past typical experience,finds out the existing problems,finds out the problems of different degrees in the system,subject,practice,management,environment and service,and correspondingly analyzes the causes of the problems.With the influence of the society,the school,the students and other factors,this paper demonstrates the practical necessity of introducing the concept of "three whole education" into the construction of academic style in colleges and universities.The fourth part is the path thinking.It expounds the basic principles that should be adhered to in constructing the new pattern of the study style construction in colleges and universities based on the concept of "three-in-one education" and combines the problems highlighted in the process of the construction of the study style.It proposes to construct the "four-in-one" study style construction path system of "multi-subject participation,extensive ways and means,collaborative process system and sound guarantee mechanism".
