| Purpose and significance of the research: To explore the biomechanical factors related to the movement performance of 720 degree horse step of whirlwind foot,to provide practical basis and theoretical reference for the training of this movement,and to improve the scientific and effective training of this movement for competitive wushu athletes.Objects of study: This study selected 6 wushu team members of Jiangxi Province,3 wushu team members of Jiangxi Normal University,5 wushu team members of East China Jiaotong University,a total of 14 wushu athletes as the experimental objects,including 3 national elite athletes,7 national first-class athletes,4 national second-class athletes,11 male athletes and 3 female athletes.Research methods: By using the methods of literature,testing and mathematical statistics,three-dimensional images,surface electromyographic signals,functional motion screening(FMS),lower limb Y-balance(YBT),vertical vertical jump and seated forward bending data of athletes were collected,and the relevant indicators related to the movement performance of cyclone foot 720 degree horse walking were explored.Research results:1.The distance between the feet of the unsuccessful men’s group and the unsuccessful women’s group at the landing stage of the whirlwind foot 720 degree horse step is significantly different from that of the successful men’s group(P < 0.01),and the buffer time is shorter than that of the successful men’s group.2.There were significant differences in the left and right hip joint angles of the male successful group(P < 0.05),and significant differences in the left and right knee and ankle joint angles of the male unsuccessful group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in female failure group.3.There were significant differences in the muscle contribution rates of left lateral femoris and right tibialis anterior in men’s failure group and right tibialis anterior in women’s failure group(P < 0.05).In the landing stage,the contribution rate of left biceps femoris muscle in the male failure group and the female failure group was significantly different(P < 0.05),and the contribution rate of left medial head muscle of gastrocnemius muscle in the female failure group was significantly different(P < 0.01).The highest muscle contribution rates in the three stages of movement were right medial gastrocnemius head(11.33%),right tibialis anterior muscle(17.35%)and right lateral femoris muscle(13.94%).4.The standardized IEMG values of most muscles in the men’s successful group were higher than those in the men’s unsuccessful group at the three stages of run-up,take-off,take-off and landing,and the men’s unsuccessful group was higher than the women’s unsuccessful group.The three groups presented a step type.5.The comprehensive score of FMS in male failure group and male success group was significantly different(P < 0.05);There were significant differences between the female group and the male group(P < 0.05)in the scores of FMS.There were significant differences in the shoulder joint flexibility between the unsuccessful female group and the successful male group(P < 0.05).6.There were no significant differences in the YBT scores of all groups and the scores of the left and right sides,but there were significant differences in the difference of the front side of the male failure group(P < 0.05).7.There was a significant difference in the score of vertical vertical jump in the male failed group(P < 0.05),and a very significant difference in the female failed group(P < 0.01);There was significant correlation between vertical vertical jump score and landing buffer time(P < 0.05).There was significant correlation between vertical vertical jump score and landing buffer time(P < 0.01).Research conclusion:1.Landing buffer time,distance between feet at the moment of landing,Angle of left and right hip,knee and ankle at the moment of landing,contribution rate of left lateral femoris muscle and right tibialis anterior muscle in take-off stage,contribution rate of left biceps femoris muscle and left medial head of gastrocnemius muscle in landing stage,score difference of left and right forward YBT of lower limb,score of vertical longitudinal jump and movement of 720 degree horse step of cyclonic foot Related to dynamic performance;2.Joint Angle at the moment of landing,joint Angle and left and right joint Angle at the moment of stationary landing,contribution rate of lower limb muscle in run-up and take-off stage,IEMG standardized value of lower limb muscle in each stage of movement,FMS test(squat,hurdle step,straight lunge squat,active straight knee elevation,torso stability push-up,rotation stability),YBT comprehensive score of lower limb,The scores of YBT on the left and right sides of lower extremities and the scores of sitting body flexion test had nothing to do with the athletic performance of 720 degree horse step of cyclone foot.3.The score of vertical vertical jump is related to the buffer time of landing stage and the distance between feet at the moment of landing in the 720 degree horse step of whirlwind foot.The higher the score of vertical vertical jump is,the longer the buffer time of landing stage and the larger the distance between feet at the moment of landing.4.The standardized value of lower limb muscle IEMG has gender difference,and male athletes are generally higher than female athletes,which is an important factor for the movement stability of female athletes is significantly lower than that of male athletes. |
