| Labor education is the most important part of the integration of the five education,labor education base as a carrier of labor education in the process of labor education and teaching has played an important role.Through sorting out relevant literature of primary school labor education base,combined with the development background and situation of each stage of primary school labor education base,this paper attempts to divide the development stage of primary school labor education base,analyze the characteristics of each stage of labor education base,summarize the problems existing in its development and analyze the causes,and then put forward countermeasures.Previous studies on primary school labor education bases focused on the educational function of labor education bases,and have not systematically sorted out the development history of primary school labor education bases,making it difficult to grasp the characteristics and positioning of primary school labor education bases in different stages of development.Based on the deficiencies of previous studies,this paper studies the development history of primary school labor education base.In the research process of this paper,the use of historical analysis,summary and comparative analysis of research methods.I.This paper studies the characteristics and functional orientation of primary school labor education bases in different development stages since the founding of New China.Through the research of this paper,we found that the development of our primary school labor education base can be divided into five stages,including bud,development,reform and deepening,reflection and innovation.In view of different stages of development,the construction of the primary school labor education base of our country has realized the change from physical labor to technical and service labor;It has realized the transformation from political dominance to the cultivation of diversified thoughts and the transformation from single labor activity to digital service form.It has realized the transformation from the school teachers mainly to the professional teachers service management,and effectively promoted the construction and development of the elementary school labor education base.3.In the new era,the primary school labor education base also faces certain problems,which are mainly manifested in the low degree of cooperation in the construction of the labor education base,the lack of content innovation of the labor education base and the lack of security mechanism.The reason is that the construction of primary school labor education base is insufficient to explore labor education resources,weak teachers and lack of curriculum support.Fourthly,in view of these problems,this paper puts forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures.In view of the low degree of cooperation in the construction of labor education base,this paper proposes that we should strengthen the top-level design,establish the system system,and strengthen the degree of cooperation by establishing the labor education security system and optimizing the construction of the base system.In view of the lack of content innovation in labor education base,we should innovate the form of education in labor base,strengthen multi-subject cooperation,and enrich the content system of labor education.In view of the lack of guarantee mechanism of labor education base,suggestions are put forward to strengthen the introduction and training of teaching staff in the base and build a diversified teaching team.Through the research of this article,the paper comprehensively summarized the development process of our primary school labor education base,and put forward scientific countermeasures against the problems existing in the development of primary school labor education base in the new era.This paper focuses on summarizing the development characteristics and functional orientation of each stage,which makes up for the shortcomings of the primary school labor education base in the past.It provides reference for promoting the comprehensive development of primary school labor education base and better serving basic education and digital education.At the same time,it also provides objective basis and reference for the country to formulate relevant policies. |
