Research And Practice On The Integration Of Professional Career Education In High School Chemistry Experiment Teaching

China’s general high school education has entered a "golden period" in which the new college entrance examination,new curriculum,new textbook reform and quality evaluation reform are implemented concurrently and promoted in a coordinated manner,and the importance of career education and subject specialization awareness in high school has been highlighted.Career education in high school can help students improve their self-awareness,plan their future career development,and improve their overall quality and professionalism.Chemistry experiments are an important part of students’ practical investigations and practical operations,and the knowledge,skills and literacy that students develop during the experiments are the basis for their future career development and career planning.Integrating career education into chemistry laboratory teaching is conducive to strengthening quality education,practicing comprehensive quality assessment,and achieving students’ comprehensive and individual growth.This thesis establishes the research theme of integrating career education into chemistry laboratory teaching.So that chemistry experiments not only enhance students’ practical skills and scientific thinking,but also cultivate students’ career literacy and career planning awareness,which in turn help students to complete their career planning,and also cultivate talents for the development of chemistry-related majors.By means of literature research,this paper combs and summarizes the research status of career education and its integration into chemistry teaching at home and abroad,clarifies the research purpose,significance,content,methods and theoretical basis of this paper,and defines the concept of career and career education.The career education content of the column of "Chemistry and Occupation" in the two textbooks of new edition of high school chemistry compulsory textbooks is analyzed and supplemented in terms of job content,necessary knowledge,skills,qualities,employment units,employment prospects,social values,career development and other dimensions of the eight occupations introduced in the columns.At the same time,the experiments in the textbooks are sorted out,and the content suggestions for integrating into career education are given.Through the investigation of senior one students’ understanding of career education,and the analysis of the survey results,most of the students hope that the course teachers in the teaching of career education.The process of integrating career education into chemical experiment teaching was constructed.Two experiments,"Properties of iron and its Compounds" and "Identification of sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate powder",were selected.The teaching design of integrating career education into chemical experiment was carried out in the form of vocational situation and interactive video,and the teaching effect was evaluated.We collated the current online platforms introducing career-related We Chat public numbers,college admission websites,documentaries and the official website of "bilibili" to help students use online resources to understand careers and facilitate career planning.The results show that integrating career education into chemistry laboratory teaching is of great significance to the development of students’ careers and is more conducive to improving their overall quality.Students have developed a sense of scientific inquiry and innovation in the process of learning chemistry,and at the same time have gained a certain degree of understanding of the relevant careers introduced,feeling the importance of chemistry careers in their lives,and cultivating their scientific spirit and social responsibility literacy.
