| After China achieved the first centenary goal and finished building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,China will build a great modern socialist country in the second centenary goal,and against the backdrop of changes in China’s COVID-19 prevention and control situation,our educational undertakings will face unprecedented new questions and new challenges.There were also new requirements for the study and management of compulsory education students.Especially after the outbreak of the novel coronavirus,students adopted home-based learning to participate in school educational activities,which challenged students’ ability of independent learning and self-management.Students in the compulsory education stage were difficult to adapt to the new form,and students’ learning effect was not ideal,and teachers were faced with certain difficulties in teaching and school management.In this context,it is of great significance to understand the current management status of compulsory education schools,find out the existing problems,and put forward targeted suggestions to deal with the adverse impact of the novel coronavirus epidemic,to ensure the healthy study and life of students,and to promote the development of compulsory education in China.Taking A Primary School in Yongnian District,Handan City,Hebei Province as an example,this paper investigates and studies the students,teachers and parents of A primary school in the form of questionnaire and interview,and sorts out and summarizes the problems existing in A primary school.The investigation found that Elementary School A has achieved good results in implementing national education policies and the outbreak of COVID-19,but there were still some problems in the school.The specific problems are as follows: The school neglects the all-round development of students;Teachers attach importance to the study of major subjects;Parents neglect their children’s self-management;Pupils’ self-management consciousness is weak.In view of the above problems,this paper from the school,teachers,parents,students four aspects of the relevant opinions: The school promotes the all-round development of students;Teachers improve the comprehensive management of students;Parents establish a scientific and reasonable education view;Students improve their self-management. |
