The development of Ya’an competitive fitness start time late,at the beginning of this century as the economic level and people’s cognition and acceptance of fitness began to improve,from Ya’an bodybuilding gradually to the public view,and emerged a batch of active in Sichuan province and even the national bodybuilding stage of high level bodybuilders.However,there are also many problems and deficiencies in the development of bodybuilding in Ya’an city.This paper aims to study the development of bodybuilding history and present situation to find out the road suitable for yaan bodybuilding development and promotion,make up the lack and lack of existing,seeking in the background of fusion and the national fitness for bodybuilding conform to the trend,for the development of subsequent bodybuilding provide certain theoretical reference,find suitable for Ya’an bodybuilding development path in the future.This paper through the development history of bodybuilding and the present situation as the starting point,using the questionnaire survey,expert interview,literature investigation and field investigation,through the analysis of various data collection find bodybuilding in Ya’an and the social problems,in order to find the countermeasures of promoting the development of Ya’an bodybuilding popularization.Through the background of the start-up,development and stability of bodybuilding in Ya ’an city as follows,this paper focuses on the local bodybuilding participants,practitioners and coaches of the development of bodybuilding,understanding the current situation and existing problems of the development of bodybuilding in Ya’ an city.Through the analysis and research of the relevant data of bodybuilding in Ya ’an,using the theoretical knowledge of bodybuilding at home and abroad,the current situation of bodybuilding in Ya’ an is studied,the existing problems and characteristics are analyzed,and the research results are obtained.1.The population resources of Ya’an city are relatively scarce,so relatively few people are engaged in bodybuilding sports,and the reserve strength is weak.2.The lack of participation in the participants of bodybuilding,the unclear cognition of bodybuilding,and the impact of the development of bodybuilding.3.Need to cooperate with the government departments and the relevant units.4.The insufficient development of bodybuilding events in Ya’an city affects the enthusiasm of participants,so it is necessary to increase the intensity of relevant events.5.The fitness and bodybuilding facilities of colleges and universities are not fully equipped,which cannot meet the training needs of learning and affect the enthusiasm of students in training,so the schools need to pay more attention to them and increase the investment in equipment.
