| Since the emergence of the national youth campus football characteristic school in 2014,the Ministry of Education and relevant national departments have issued a series of relevant documents aimed at promoting the comprehensive popularization of campus football in various schools and improving the level and popularity of youth football.With the increase in the number of people participating in campus football,the issue of popularization and improvement has begun to emerge.In order to promote the integration of "education" and "sports" and assist the healthy growth of young people,the country promulgated a "sports education integration" policy in2020.As the main position for implementing the "integration of physical education and physical education" policy in school sports work,campus football characteristic schools bear the important task of assisting school sports work and cultivating football reserve talents.This article takes the impact of the integration of sports and education policies on the development of high school football characteristic schools in Shijiazhuang as the research object,and takes 20 high school football characteristic schools(7 senior high schools,13 complete middle schools)in Shijiazhuang as the investigation object.Using literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,field investigation,interview method SWOT analysis and case analysis methods are used to conduct a comparative study of the development of high school football characteristic schools in Shijiazhuang before and after the implementation of sports and education integration policy,summarize the factors that affect their development,and analyze with excellent cases(Shijiazhuang No.2 Middle School Experimental School),and then propose effective strategies suitable for the development of high school football characteristic schools in Shijiazhuang.The research results are as follows:(1)The policy of integration of sports and education has led to an increase in the number of external football teachers and a higher level of teacher professionalism in Shijiazhuang High School Football Characteristic School;Increased cooperation with social sports organizations outside school;Teachers’ teaching concepts are closely combined with the cultivation of core literacy;The number of off-school training for school football teams has increased,and the proportion of full-time coaches hired has increased;Increased opportunities for students to participate in high-level competitions;The export of graduates is more diversified;However,there are also problems with insufficient football fields and refined football equipment.(2)The SWOT advantage of Shijiazhuang High School Football Characteristic School under the policy of integrating sports and education is reflected in its relatively complete development system,effective development experience,and the attention and support of school leaders;The disadvantage lies in the imperfect allocation of resources and hidden dangers in student safety;The opportunities lie in the positive effects of national policy support,high attention from the people,and the integration of sports and education;The threats are reflected in the contradictions between learning and training,traditional concepts,and the poor external environment of Chinese football.(3)Presentation and Analysis of the Case of Shijiazhuang High School Football Featured School under the Policy of Integrating Sports and Education: SO Growth Strategy-Strengthening the Construction of Campus Football Management System and Mechanism,Creating a "Second Middle School" Featured Campus Football Culture;ST diversified strategy-rationally allocate the time for cultural education and special training,and open up the "football promotion channel";WO Twisting Strategy-Focusing on strengthening the construction of teaching staff and continuously improving the construction of facilities and equipment;WT defensive strategy-Focus on the safety management of football featured schools,actively promote cooperation between "home,school,and community",actively cooperate with relevant departments,and jointly build a high-level sports team with Hebei Provincial Sports Bureau to achieve win-win results.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The implementation of the sports education integration policy has led to an increase in the number of externally hired high-level teachers(coaches),as well as increased cooperation between schools and social sports organizations;Student competition participation opportunities have increased,training levels have improved,and graduation export options have become more diversified;The emergence of full-time positions for coaches is conducive to exploring a new model for the development of football featured schools.(2)The teaching philosophy of teachers is more focused on cultivating core sports literacy,focusing on the integration of "home,school,and community",and on the combination of popularization and improvement.The integration of sports and education policy supports the development of youth clubs within and outside school.(3)Factors such as resource allocation,security risks,conflicts between learning and training,and the football environment still affect the implementation of the sports and education integration policy.The targeted recommendations are as follows:(1)Under the guidance of the policy of integration of sports and education,the school has established a dedicated position for coaches to improve the level of coaches through the introduction of talents and internal potential tapping.(2)Strengthen the construction of clubs in schools and cooperation with clubs outside schools,effectively combine the core literacy of sports disciplines with "learning,training,competition,and evaluation",and improve the educational function of football.(3)Improve the allocation of resources through various channels,strengthen resource sharing,improve the security system,and prioritize learning to promote training and educate people. |
