General Secretary Xi Jinping said in 2021,presiding over the Central Committee to deepen reform,“We should strengthen the protection and utilization of cultural relics and cultural heritage protection and inheritance,improve the level of research and interpretation and display or dissemination,so that cultural relics really come alive and become an important card to expand the international influence of Chinese culture.” Museum resources in to the history classroom,on the one hand,can supplement the content of history textbooks,and on the other hand,it promote quality education,humanistic quality and patriotism greatly.At present,the new textbook “Outline of Chinese and Foreign History” is like a skeleton that requires us to add some flesh and blood in order to better guide students’ understanding and learning.So the question of how to help students achieve meaningful learning becomes critical.Based on domestic and international analysis and research,this thesis explores the reasons for using museum resources in high school history teaching,including its theoretical basis,uniqueness and positive effects,in order to enrich the teaching content,enhance students’ interest in learning,promote regional culture and improve teachers’ teaching level,etc.,in the light of the characteristics of high school subject with students’ intellectual and physical and mental development level.On this basis,we propose a strategy for the application of museum resources in high school teaching,through direct visits to the “scene”,focusing on archaeological achievements and field trips to museum,etc.,to build a mechanism for rational development and use of learning resources in cooperation between museums and schools,using rich learning resources to promote the development of in-depth study.In classroom teaching,teachers plan effective teaching sessions,set up authentic historical situations,organize in-depth group work,improve students’ participation in classroom,cultivate students’ cognition of historical development,focus on students,put them at the center,and implement the core literacy.Following the above strategies,this thesis takes the lesson “Economy and Society in LIAO,SONG,XIA,JIN and YUAN”and the activity course “Artistic Chopstick Culture” as an example to discuss the practical application of local museums in the classroom and the development of school-based curriculum activities,so as to make the teaching process concrete,and to guide the problem by causality,so that students can assimilate and construct knowledge.Finally,the thesis summarizes and looks forward to the implementation,evaluation and feedback of museum curriculum resources,improves the museum evaluation system,so as to better promote the educational function of museum resources.
