| During the Covid-2019 epidemic,online teaching has ensured the stable operation of the education system as an emergency measure.However,in view of the fact that the online teaching system is not yet perfect,the disadvantages of online teaching are also highlighted.Therefore,this paper adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,and combines the actual situation of online teaching of ’ Tour Guide Business ’ in Guizhou L Vocational School.Through analysis,it is found that the quality of online teaching in Secondary Vocational Schools is restricted by multiple factors.These elements include learners ’ prerequisites,learning cognition,learners ’self-control ability and teachers ’ classroom organization ability,students ’self-analysis and so on.Among them,the learner ’s prerequisite is the basis for determining whether they can understand and apply the learning content,and it is also an important condition for teacher-student classroom interaction;learning cognition determines whether learners will actively construct a new learning system,and it is also a driving factor affecting learners ’ acceptance of new knowledge.Students ’classroom self-control ability and teachers ’ classroom organization ability are the basis for students to abide by classroom discipline and maintain classroom guidelines,and also the premise for maintaining online classroom order and effective interaction between teachers and students.The self-analysis of learners is the final test of online teaching effect.Only when students carefully examine their own acquisition changes can they effectively adjust the learning rhythm and integrate into the online classroom.However,in the real online teaching,the following problems arise : 1.Students lack knowledge reserves and have deviations in learning cognition;2.Lack of self-control and learning initiative,classroom discipline consciousness;3.Extremely lack of self-confidence in learning;4.Course preparation refers to a single element,lack of accurate analysis of learning situation;5.Some teachers ’ teaching concepts lag behind and their online education skills are poor.In order to explore the improvement methods of online teaching in Secondary Vocational Schools,this paper,on the basis of empirical research,guided by Habermas ’ s Theory of Communicative Action,puts forward suggestions for improvement from the perspective of students and teachers.From the perspective of learners,the specific suggestions are as follows : 1.Build an online learning cognitive system and build a strong interactive knowledge reserve;2.Improve the enthusiasm of online classroom interaction and change the concept of online learning;3.To enhance the self-management ability of online classroom and establish the awareness of classroom interaction norms;4.Establish a sense of self-worth and stimulate interactive motivation.From the perspective of teachers,the specific suggestions are as follows : 1.Online course preparation refers to multiple elements : students,textbooks and self;2.Change the concept of online teaching and improve online education skills;3.Listen to the voice of learners,teaching targeted.This study gives the above improvement methods from the perspective of online teaching ’ double subject ’.It is expected to provide some reference value for improving online teaching in Secondary Vocational Schools,and build an online teaching system with high teaching efficiency and good teacher-student relationship as soon as possible. |
