| In the current era of "great ideological and political education",local red cultural resources with unique local culture play a unique role in the application of ideological and political education in high schools.The country is increasingly attaching importance to the use of red resources,and the high school ideological and political curriculum standards also advocate for the development and utilization of local red cultural resources,enriching teaching content,optimizing teaching forms,and facilitating students to master knowledge more deeply and stimulate learning interest.Local red cultural resources are an excellent curriculum resource,which should be reasonably developed and utilized by relevant education departments and teachers.This not only benefits the optimization of current ideological and political teaching concepts and educational models,but also provides certain assistance for the protection and inheritance of local red resources.This article focuses on the theme of local red resources in high school ideological and political education teaching.By reviewing and organizing relevant literature,the concept and types of local red cultural resources are defined,especially the classification of local red cultural resources in Dongguan,in order to gain a deeper understanding of the policy background for the development and utilization of red resources in Dongguan.Through literature analysis,this paper sorts out and analyzes the research status of red resources at home and abroad,summarizes and concludes that local red cultural resources have important practical significance and appropriate coupling in the application of ideological and political curriculum teaching in high school.This article takes Dongguan City,Guangdong Province as the research object to investigate and analyze the current situation of red resources in the teaching of high school ideological and political courses.Based on multiple perspectives and structural analysis at various levels,it is found that the existing difficulties include: the low frequency of local red cultural resources in the teaching of high school ideological and political courses;The coordination mechanism of integrating local red cultural resources into ideological and political classrooms is not smooth;The effectiveness of integrating local red cultural resources into classroom teaching needs to be enhanced.According to the analysis of the current situation and problems,the main influencing factors are: insufficient ability of teachers to integrate local red cultural resources into ideological and political education;Students lack initiative in teaching the use of local red cultural resources;The use of local red cultural resources in ideological and political education lacks a guarantee mechanism.Based on relevant literature research,this article incorporates an analysis of the competency of ideological and political teachers in previous studies,using SPSS props and combining coding,exploratory factor analysis,and other survey results to obtain the competency elements of ideological and political teachers,and provides suggestions for breaking through difficulties through competency element analysis.On the basis of investigation,research and analysis,this paper proposes countermeasures for the application of local red cultural resources in high school ideological and political teaching:to enhance teachers’ ability to use local red cultural resources;Give full play to students’ subjectivity in participating in the use of resources;Coordinate and improve the guarantee mechanism for integrating into teaching. |
