In recent years,with the continuous development of physical education in our country and the change of the concept of physical development,the requirement of high school physical education has greatly increased.However,the shortage of physical education resources has become an important factor restricting physical education teaching in high school.This topic uses literature,questionnaire and interview methods as the main research methods to explore ways to solve the problems such as the shortage of school sports resources in senior high schools in Huangpu District of Shanghai,so as to provide guidance and suggestions for the integration of sports resources between schools and society.Actively explore the new mode of school-society sports resources cooperation,establish a good cooperative relationship,fully carry forward the advantages of school,society and community sports,and jointly promote the effective development of school sports work.Through theoretical and practical investigation,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Students are not satisfied with the construction of physical education venue resources,and lack of professional sports venues and sports equipment.(2)There is a large shortage of physical education teachers.Among 17 high schools in Huangpu District of Shanghai,9 schools are facing teacher shortage to varying degrees.(3)Some high school physical education development is faced with many difficulties,weak social support,large differences between schools,low utilization rate of social sports resources,unable to meet the needs of students to participate in diversified sports programs.(4)The content of PE teaching is relatively simple,the organization of after-school sports training is insufficient,and the number of after-school sports competitions is limited.Therefore,the following suggestions are made:(1)Strengthen communication with competent government departments,give full play to the leading role of competent government departments,rationally coordinate the construction of physical education resources in senior high schools,and create a good social environment.(2)Give full play to the role of sports associations and other organizations,strengthen the utilization and development of the whole chain of sports resources,introduce new sports projects and social instructors,and promote the supporting role of social sports resources and the cultivation and improvement of related systems in the process of physical education in senior high schools.(3)Strengthen the construction of community infrastructure,integrate community human resources,fully establish a sound cooperation mechanism with the community,provide students with more convenient facilities and resources and more professional social sports guidance,and constantly improve the supporting role of high school physical education outside the school.(4)Give full play to the leading role of colleges and universities,carry out demonstrative and practical teaching and guidance,and improve the content and level of physical education in senior high schools with the help of more abundant human resources,content resources and site facilities resources.(5)Deeply explore the role of family resources in the development of school sports.
