| Performance evaluation mainly refers to a kind of evaluation method that integrates "teaching,learning and evaluation" when students complete corresponding performance tasks in real situations or simulated real situations.Oral communication teaching is an important part of Chinese teaching.Oral communication teaching plays an important role in improving students’ cognitive ability,thinking ability,observation ability,communication ability and strain ability.At present,more and more teachers are aware of the importance of oral communication teaching,but it is not optimistic when it comes to the specific practical level,which is mainly manifested as ignoring the oral communication situation,single evaluation subject and evaluation method,and lack of evaluation guidance framework.These influence the effect of oral communication teaching to a large extent,which is not conducive to the improvement of junior high school students’ oral communication ability.There are various types of performance evaluation,and the common types include demonstration,experiment and investigation,oral expression and role playing,etc.These evaluation types are closely related to oral communication teaching,which is conducive to promoting the development of oral communication teaching.This research mainly adopts the method of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and classroom observation to study the application of performance evaluation in the oral communication teaching of junior high school Chinese.First of all,at the theoretical level,this study takes "performance evaluation" and "oral communication teaching of junior middle school Chinese" as key words to sort out relevant literature,examine relevant results,clarify and define main concepts,and explore relevant theories,so as to be objectively and comprehensively familiar with the research status of this field and explore the relevance of performance evaluation and oral communication teaching.Through questionnaire survey,interview and other ways,to understand the teachers’ understanding of performance evaluation and oral communication teaching,focusing on the application of performance evaluation in the oral communication teaching of junior high school Chinese,it is found that the existing problems are mainly concentrated in three levels: first,there is a misunderstanding of the evaluation concept,the understanding of the performance task is not in place;Second,the evaluation subject relies too much on teachers and the evaluation results are presented in a single way.Third,the effect has not fully reached the expected,the specific operation encountered some difficulties.Thirdly,based on the literature review and the existing problems in the oral communication teaching of junior high school Chinese,this paper combs and analyzes the oral communication section of the unified edition of junior high school Chinese textbooks,and summarizes the organizational structure,content classification and layout characteristics of the oral communication section.Based on the theory and technology of performance evaluation,this paper designs the performance evaluation in oral communication teaching from the aspects of determining evaluation objectives,designing evaluation tasks,developing evaluation standards and implementing in class,and sorts out the implementation steps of performance evaluation in oral communication teaching in junior middle school.Finally,according to the design of performance evaluation in oral communication teaching,we cooperate with front-line teachers in our school and combine the actual situation of relevant classes to determine a complete and scientific performance evaluation plan.After classroom implementation,it provides a case for the application of performance evaluation in oral communication teaching.On the basis of summarizing the implementation effect,analyzing the causes objectively,reflecting on the success and shortcomings,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the application of performance evaluation in oral communication teaching.First,the school should actively guide and give teachers various teaching support.Secondly,teachers should improve evaluation quality and establish correct evaluation concept.Thirdly,in teaching implementation,we should grasp the core elements of performance evaluation and adjust relevant links timely. |
