The latest issue of the compulsory education "Information Technology Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)" emphasizes the importance of students’ participation in the classroom,emphasizes authentic learning,and enables students to effectively participate in classroom learning.Only by taking students as the main body of the classroom can students actively participate in learning and improve classroom participation.However,at present,the effect of students’ learning input in the information technology class is not ideal.The network has great temptation for students.Many students maintain a mentality of online and playing games for the learning of information technology courses.The traditional mechanical teaching method,the lack of interaction between teachers and students in the classroom,and the temptation of the network computer room environment make students’ learning input in the information technology classroom not ideal.This study attempts to introduce the PAD class model into the junior high school information technology classroom to improve students’ classroom learning engagement,and analyzes its application effect by using the investigation and research method and teaching experiment method.The research mainly includes the following parts: First,literature review and theoretical analysis.First of all,it combs the relevant literature of the PAD class and learning engagement,and analyzes the relevance and fit between the PAD class and learning engagement from the theoretical and practical perspectives.Second,analysis of the current situation of information technology classroom learning engagement.Using the combination of qualitative and quantitative research,and taking the internship school as the research object,this thesis investigates and analyzes the current situation of students’ learning engagement in the information technology classroom of junior high school.Thirdly,in view of the existing problems in the current situation,this thesis proposes and analyzes the effectiveness and feasibility of the implementation strategy of the sub-class of information technology in junior X high school to improve the learning engagement in the junior high school information technology classroom,and puts forward the corresponding construction principles.,Based on this,complete the corresponding teaching design.Fourth,according to the construction principle of the PAD class,carry out the design of the PAD class teaching to improve the learning engagement in the junior high school information technology classroom.Fifth,carry out quasi-experimental research,carry out the teaching of the PAD class model in the experimental class,explore the effectiveness of the model in improving the learning engagement in the junior high school information technology classroom,observe the real performance of students,and carry out experimental verification in many aspects.After a period of teaching practice of the PAD class model,the results of the information technology classroom learning engagement in the experimental class and the control class are compared and analyzed.From the experimental results,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)The application of the PAD class model is effective and feasible for improving the engagement of junior high school IT classroom learning,and the effect is obvious.Through the application of the PAD class model,the learning engagement of the experimental class in the junior high school information technology class is significantly higher than that of the control class.(2)The PAD class model has a significant role in promoting the three dimensions of learning engagement in junior high school information technology classroom,namely,behavioral engagement,cognitive engagement and emotional engagement.It can effectively improve the learning engagement of junior high school students in the information technology classroom from three aspects of behavior,cognition and emotion.Through the research of this thesis,it has promoted the application of the PAD class model in the information technology course,designed the information technology course that is conducive to students’ systematic learning and effectively improves the degree of classroom learning engagement,and continuously pushed forward the educational goal of developing quality education.Shout slogans and be more specific.It enriches the teaching mode of information technology class in junior high school and provides guidance for improving teaching effect.
