The development of primary education is an important path for the Rural Revitalization Strategy to take root in ethnic minority areas.The stage of primary education is an extremely critical period.As the saying goes,"three years old,ten years old." This stage is the stage when children gradually turn into teenagers.It is a process of continuous accumulation of self-consciousness.In fact,it is a process in which primary school students constantly seek self-worth and summarize subjective well-being.The key indicators affecting individual self-development include physical quality and mental health.To this end,primary school students should be trained to take regular physical exercise,have a healthy physique,and provide a steady stream of power for the talents of the pillars of the country;In the face of difficulties,we should maintain a good attitude and grasp the direction of life against and along the current;Integrating into society and finding the meaning of one’s life is the ability that teenagers need to have on the road of growth and education.In recent years,the phenomenon of primary school students’ weak awareness of physical exercise in ethnic minority areas still exists.However,with the implementation of national sports related policies,national fitness has gradually shown a popular trend of physical exercise.The reason for this phenomenon is that the subjective well-being of individuals in ethnic minority areas needs to be improved to a great extent.This paper mainly uses the methods of questionnaire and interview to explore the relationship between physical exercise and subjective well-being of Hani primary school students in Qilong primary school,Baohua Town,Honghe County.It makes a field survey on the possible relationship between physical exercise and subjective well-being of Hani primary school students,collects and arranges the survey materials and makes a more in-depth analysis and exploration.Research findings:1.The types of physical exercise conducted by Hani students in Qilong primary school are mainly unarmed walking,radio gymnastics,"throwing sandbags",and other sports,and lack of special physical education teachers as guidance.It is dominated by less intense sports with less intensity.The time of one physical exercise is mainly concentrated in about 11 to 30 minutes.At the same time,the frequency of exercise is also low.The number of people who exercise once or twice a month is the most,and the amount of exercise is also small,and most of them are small.2.Hani students in Qilong primary school have less negative emotions and more positive personality emotions,and their sense of satisfaction in daily life is also high.3.There is no significant difference in the influence of different grades on life satisfaction and positive emotion,but there is significant difference in the influence of different grades on negative emotion;The gender of primary school students and whether they are left behind children have little effect on subjective well-being,and there is no significant difference.4.Hani students in Qilong primary school participated in some moderate intensity exercise activities.On average,they can get the most subjective well-being when they exercise 1 to 2 times a month,and each time they exercise for 11 to 30 minutes.5.Through linear regression analysis,there is an obvious linear correlation between physical exercise ability and subjective well-being of Hani students in Qilong primary school.To a certain extent,the type,intensity,frequency,time and amount of exercise of Hani primary school students have a positive correlation with the life satisfaction and positive emotion dimension of subjective well-being,while there is a negative correlation between negative emotions.Correct physical exercise can promote students’ happiness. |
