Research On The Application Of Group Work In Parental Vocational Education In X Community Of Xiaogan City

The companionship of parents is crucial for children’s development,as parents are educators,resource providers,supporters and companions.For the healthy growth of children,in addition to the resources to maintain the normal functioning of children’s body,correct parenting knowledge and appropriate parenting environment are also crucial.Therefore,parents,as the direct contacts in children’s growing environment,are increasingly concerned about the study of parental vocational education.Based on the seminar on parental vocational education held by the researcher in X Community,Xiaogan City,this thesis analyzes the problems and needs of parents in parental vocational education by taking the group activities of parental vocational education as the entry point.The researcher first conducted a questionnaire survey on the parents of children in X community to understand the current situation of parenting education in the community,and recruited members in the community.Eight parents were selected as team members to participate in activities and evaluate the parenting needs of members.Then,combining role theory and social support theory,the researcher designed and implemented the group activity of infant parental vocational education support,and summarized and reflected on the application of group work in infant parental vocational education according to the process and effect of activity implementation.It is found that there are some problems in parental education,such as insufficient cognition,vague role and responsibility,weak emotion control ability and limited access to resources,which restrict the development of parental ability and promote parental ability urgently.The intervention of group work in parental vocational education can effectively promote the improvement of parental vocational ability,enhance the ability of parental emotion control,improve parent-child relationship,promote the good interaction between parents and children and create a good family atmosphere.
