The youth of the new era are the new generation to take up the role of national rejuvenation,and the spirit of national unity and patriotism should be firmly rooted in the hearts of the majority of young students.In the face of the impact of multiple cultures in the new form,the uneven development of traditional ethnic sports and the lack of innovative capacity for traditional ethnic sports in the education process have led to the problem of traditional ethnic sports cultural identity among high school students becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,this paper analyses the current situation of ethnic traditional sports cultural identity of high school students from the perspective of participation experience,aiming to provide reference and reference for the heritage and promotion of ethnic traditional sports for Chinese youth in the new era.The full research framework consists of the following sections.1.Research ideas and methodsThis paper mainly adopts literature method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical and statistical method and other research methods to select research samples from five high schools in Wuming District,Nanning City.Based on the theory of planned behavior,the theory of experience economy and the theory of cultural identity,the theoretical model of high school students’ intention to participate in ethnic traditional sports and experience feelings on cultural identity is constructed,based on which the factors and pathways influencing high school students’ cultural identity in ethnic traditional sports and their degree of influence are explored,the hypothesis theory is verified,and the key variables influencing participation intention and experience feelings on cultural identity are identified,so as to improve The study also aims to identify the key variables that influence the cultural identity of high school students,so as to improve the cultural identity of traditional ethnic sports and to enable the better transmission and development of traditional ethnic sports in secondary schools.2.Findings of the study(1)High school students’ intention to participate in traditional ethnic sports was influenced by motivation to participate(0.74),attitude to participate(0.80),perceptual behavioural control(0.77)and subjective norms(0.81).The factors that influence subjective norms are,in order,participation in traditional sports is mainly influenced by friends(0.82),by teachers(0.79)and by religion(0.71).(2)High school students’ experience of participating in traditional ethnic sports was influenced by internal feelings(0.62),external inspiration(0.66)and interpersonal relationships(0.87).The interpersonal influences were,in order of importance,helping spiritual growth(0.85),making me understand myself better(0.80)and being willing to share experiences(0.79).(3)The cultural identity of high school students in ethnic traditional sports was influenced by cultural awareness(0.79),cultural emotion(0.75),cultural value(0.70)and cultural heritage(0.81).The factors influencing cultural transmission are,in order,vigorous promotion and education activities(0.80),should be included in school physical education(0.78),and contribute to the promotion of cultural transmission(0.75).(4)There is an indirect effect of 0.368 between the intention to participate in traditional ethnic sports and the experience and cultural identity of high school students.3.Research findings(1)High school students’ intention to participate in ethnic traditional sports has a positive influence on the experience.The important factors influencing participation intention are subjective norms,participation attitudes,participation motivation and perceptual behavioural control,in that order.(2)The intention of high school students to participate in ethnic traditional sports has a positive influence on cultural identity,and the important factors influencing cultural identity are cultural heritage,cultural cognition,cultural emotion and cultural value,in that order.(3)Senior high school students’ experience of traditional ethnic sports has a significant positive influence on cultural identity,and the important factors influencing the experience are interpersonal relationship,external inspiration and internal feelings.(4)There is a mediating effect between students’ intention to participate and their cultural identity,and the intention to participate can promote the creation of cultural identity through their experience.Therefore,it is important to actively cultivate high school students’ intention to participate in ethnic traditional sports and improve their experiential feelings in the process of participation,in order to enhance their cultural identity in ethnic traditional sports.4.Research recommendations(1)The policy point of "responding positively to the traditional sports culture education",taking the traditional national sports into the school as a grip to enrich the school culture construction.(2)The environmental perspective of "home-school cooperation and school-society linkage" for the education of excellent traditional sports culture,and the formation of an environment in which the whole society can immerse itself in excellent traditional sports culture.(3)Cultivate the interpersonal intersection of "emotional linkage and self-improvement" in the education of excellent traditional sports culture,and eventually form a positive emotional interaction between teachers and students,and promote the harmonious operation and benign development of traditional sports in secondary schools.
