STAD cooperative learning model is a teaching organization form that highlights students’ subjectivity.Since it was introduced into China from the West in the late20 th century,it has attracted extensive attention from Chinese scholars,experts and front-line teachers.STAD cooperative learning mode is student-oriented,takes group as the basic form,takes communication and discussion as the teaching means,takes individual improvement as the evaluation standard,and takes cooperation among students as the main learning method.It follows the actual needs of students,optimizes the participation experience of students,and has the characteristics of The Times.This mode is highly "in line" with the perceptive,experiential,practical,participatory and other functions of music class,and has been recognized and applied by more and more teachers.By combing the excellent research results at home and abroad,this paper applies this model to the real music classroom for case analysis.This paper is mainly divided into four parts: the first part mainly introduces the meaning and core elements of STAD cooperative learning model and the framework of the establishment of this cooperative learning model;The second part explores the feasibility of STAD cooperative learning model in junior high school music class and the practical significance given by this model to junior high school music class by observing the current situation of music class.The third part applies STAD cooperative learning model and junior high school music appreciation into junior high school music class,and puts forward the concrete implementation steps of the integration of this model and music class,as well as the effective learning strategies required for music class preparation,implementation in class and evaluation after class.The fourth part further verifies the effectiveness of STAD cooperative learning mode in junior high school music class through classroom data analysis,questionnaire survey and interviews with teaching objects.Through the teaching practice of STAD cooperative learning in the practice school,with the content of junior high school music appreciation course as the core,group cooperative learning as the entry point,combined with the actual teaching cases to analyze the advantages and disadvantages and summarize the experience,and put forward the corresponding optimization strategies for the problems in the actual teaching.Through the results of this study,we can find that there are great advantages in reasonably integrating the STAD cooperative learning model into music classes in junior high schools.It can not only activate the atmosphere of music classes,improve the efficiency of classroom teaching,but also improve students’ interest in learning music,stimulate their desire for active learning,cultivate students’ sense of cooperation,and enhance their comprehensive quality and ability.However,there are still shortcomings and problems in the entire practical process.Based on practical cases,the author proposes corresponding solutions,hoping to provide teaching references for teachers and future researchers who want to carry out corresponding projects.
