The development of modern information technology has exerted a profound influence on people’s life,study and work.The reform and development of vocational education teaching also provide innovative ideas for personnel training.Accelerating the informatization of vocational education is an important basis to support the reform and innovation of vocational education and a key link to improve the quality of personnel training.Blended teaching method is a unique teaching paradigm that combines the advantages of modern network learning and the advantages of traditional face-to-face teaching.The integrated teaching mode of theory and practice,namely the integration of theory and practice,breaks through the phenomenon of disconnection between theory and practice in the past.The teaching links are relatively concentrated,allowing both teachers and students to teach,learn and do,to build the framework of quality and skills throughout the whole process,enrich classroom teaching and practical teaching links,mobilize students’ interest in learning,highlight the cultivation of practical skills and practical ability,and improve the quality of teaching.At present,secondary vocational school teaching and practical training is disconnected,resulting in low enthusiasm of students,poor teaching quality,low vocational ability of students.The "Front Office Service and Management" course in secondary vocational schools is the core professional course of operation and management of high-star hotels.It is a course integrating theory and practice.However,students’ enthusiasm is low in the teaching process,and teachers use the traditional way combining blackboard writing and PPT to teach.In order to improve the teaching quality,this paper applies the theory and practice integrated teaching model based on rain classroom to the curriculum.This paper uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods to carry out research.First of all,on the basis of literature review and consultation with teachers,questionnaire and interview outline are designed to understand the teaching status of "Front Office Service and Management" course in secondary vocational schools,and the following problems in current teaching are summarized: The students’ consciousness of independent learning is not strong,the teaching objectives are not practical enough,the structure of the teaching staff is not reasonable,the teaching evaluation method is not perfect and so on.Analyzing the feasibility of the implementation of the integrated teaching mode can improve the students’ comprehensive practical ability,improve the school teaching quality,improve the professional level of teachers,effectively combine the theory and practice teaching,improve the teaching evaluation system.Secondly,the teaching practice of the integrated teaching mode based on the rain classroom suitable for the course of "Front Office Service and Management" was designed and practiced in the experimental class.Finally,the results of practice were analyzed by means of questionnaire survey,interview and achievement test,and the results of comparison and analysis were made between the control class implementing traditional teaching mode and the experimental class implementing the integrated teaching mode based on rain class.The following conclusions were drawn: Results and classroom performance of the experimental class are better than those of the control class,with higher learning enthusiasm and stronger sense of participation and interaction in the course.The students of the experimental class like and are willing to continue to use the teaching-practical integration model based on rain class.This paper draws the following research conclusions: The application of the teaching-practice integration model based on rain classroom in the course of "Front Office Service and Management" is successful,which meets the needs of the course,realizes the value of the course,improves the teaching effect,improves the students’ learning initiative,promotes the development of teachers and students and promotes the combination of theory and practice.In order to make better use of the teaching model of integration of science and practice and attach importance to practical teaching in future development,teachers should further deepen curriculum research,arrange teaching contents in cases,pay attention to practical teaching,perfect the teaching concept of integration of science and practice,build practice and training bases,improve students’ practical and practical abilities,cultivate a team of double-qualified teachers,and improve education standards.
