Adolescence is an important period of growth and development and an important stage of mental health development.It is the key node to form good three outlooks and develop good social behavior.With the advent of adolescence,the sexual physiology and psychology of middle school students will change.Giving timely and effective help can help students develop healthily.School education plays a leading role in the field of education,so schools should play an important role in adolescent sex education.However,at this stage,the content of adolescent sex education in middle schools is seriously missing and the form is single.Some areas do not even offer independent courses related to sex education.However,with the rise of people’s living standards,the growth and development speed of middle school students also shows an upward trend.The advance of middle school students’ sexual development forms a great contrast with the lag of adolescent sex education in middle school.This study uses the methods of textbook analysis,questionnaire survey and practical research to carry out practical research on some students in Grade 8 of a middle school.In the early stage of practice,the literature related to this activity course is sorted out,including the relevant research progress at home and abroad.In the early stage of practice,the author investigated the current situation of comprehensive practice and sex education in a middle school and students’ comprehensive practical activities of sex education,and analyzed the necessity and feasibility of developing the curriculum of comprehensive practical activities of adolescent sex education.Based on the actual situation of the school and taking the biology textbook of junior middle school as the basis of this activity course,a case of comprehensive practical activity course of adolescent sex education in line with students’ physical and mental development is preliminary designed.After the backbone teachers of the biology and Psychology Department of the school put forward modification opinions on the activity curriculum design,the activity curriculum was finally finalized and implemented.The course adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.At the end of the course,the evaluation teacher first evaluates the activity course in a multi-dimensional way.Before and after the activity,a questionnaire was used to investigate the changes of students’ sexual physiology knowledge,sexual psychology,sexual morality and social behavior.The data results of the pretest and post-test questionnaires are used as the quantitative standard of this course.The survey results of students’ demand for adolescent sex education show that:(1)about half of the students are interested in biology courses,and have a certain understanding of comprehensive practical activities;(2)About 40% of students are looking forward to the comprehensive practical activity course of adolescent sex education,and 90% of students believe that adolescent sex education is helpful to personal growth;(3)About half of the students are very confident in group cooperation and have a positive attitude towards non exam subjects.(4)Most students do not resist participating in this course with the opposite sex.The survey results show that the comprehensive practical activity curriculum of adolescent sex education has a certain curriculum foundation,which provides a feasible and necessary basis for the development of this activity in the school.The comprehensive practice of adolescent sex education in the school has a positive impact on helping students master sexual and physiological knowledge,guiding the healthy development of students’ sexual psychology,establishing healthy sexual morality and standardizing students’ sexual social behavior.The pretest and post test results of the three dimensions of sexual physiology,sexual psychology,sexual morality and sexual social behavior of the students in the activity class were tested with paired samples.The statistical results show that:(1)there are significant differences in the results of students’ sexual physiology knowledge before and after puberty activities.The average score of the pretest is 29.08,and the average score of the post test is 33.60.The difference between the pretest and post-test is 5.25.The p value is less than 0.05,which is 0.012;(2)The mean value of pretest was 22.00,the mean value of post test was 24.28,P value was 0.08,and the difference was significant;(3)The pretest mean of sexual morality and social behavior was 31.24,the post-test mean was 34.56,and the p value was 0.003.The comprehensive practical activity cases of adolescent sex education developed in this study comply with the trend of basic education reform,realize the integration of biology and sex education,enrich the curriculum resources of comprehensive practical activity curriculum,and provide a certain reference value for subsequent related research.
