| The Plan for Strengthening Teachers in Basic Education in the New Era points out that we should focus on promoting the revitalization and development of teacher education,strive to train a team of high-quality,professional and innovative primary and secondary school teachers in the new era,and provide a strong teacher guarantee for accelerating the modernization of basic education.Teachers’ creative teaching is the key performance of innovative teachers.Based on the existing research,this paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey,interview and classroom observation to investigate the current situation of creative teaching behavior in the classroom of senior primary schools,reflects on the teachers’ creative teaching behavior,and puts forward the corresponding solution strategies.First of all,by combing relevant literature of existing research on creative teaching behavior,this paper sorts out and summarizes the current research status of creative teaching behavior,clarifies the concept and characteristics of creative teaching behavior in primary school mathematics classroom.Secondly,this paper analyzes and collates the survey results of creative teaching behavior in mathematics classroom in senior primary schools,and summarizes the current situation of creative teaching behavior of mathematics teachers in senior primary schools and the causes of problems:Although mathematics teachers of senior grade in primary school have certain creative teaching concepts,and more or less show certain creative teaching behaviors in the nine dimensions of creative teaching,there are still some problems such as separation of knowledge and practice and single creative teaching behavior.The reasons for these problems mainly include the limitations of teachers themselves and external factors.From the perspective of teachers themselves,they mainly include the partial understanding of the concept of classroom creative teaching and the lack of their own creativity quality and ability.From the perspective of external factors,mainly include the lack of relevant theoretical guidance,the school and the society lack of attention to creative teaching behavior.Finally,based on the interviews with teachers,this paper proposes some strategies to improve the creative teaching behavior of mathematics teachers in senior primary schools,including the following:creating a creative teaching environment and providing support for mathematics resources inside and outside the school;Mathematics teachers should enhance creative mathematics teaching quality;Mathematics teachers should actively develop creative classroom situation creation;Mathematics teachers should explore creative classroom activities flexibly;Mathematics teachers should cultivate creative classroom evaluation ideas. |
