| Motor coordination ability refers to the ability of different parts of the body, different systems and different organs to cooperate effectively and complete technical movements in the process of sports, which is a key link in the development of physical quality. The development of motor coordination is closely related to age.Childhood is a critical period for the development of motor coordination ability,in this period,to cultivate children’s good motor coordination ability, can better synthesize their physical quality,so as to improve children’s sports ability, promote their physical and mental health development.Considering the characteristics of the age development of motor coordination, many domestic researchers have explored the mechanism of different sports activities on the development of children’s motor coordination.Among them, basketball, football, rope skipping, aerobics and other sports are mainly used, and badminton as intervention means is rarely seen.Based on this, this study decided to take boys aged 9-10 years old as the subject group, and adopted the methods of literature, questionnaire, experiment and mathematical statistics to evaluate the influence of badminton on the athletic coordination ability of boys aged 9-10 years old.And through the comparison with the conventional physical exercise, explore the specific effects of badminton on the development of children’s motor coordination ability,in order to further improve the theoretical and practical research of children’s motor coordination ability, and promote the further popularization and promotion of badminton. The following results are obtained:(1)After 12 weeks of intervention, there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the total score of hand fine motor dimension(P≤0.01);In the experimental group, the total score of the hand fine motor dimension was significantly improved before and after intervention(P≤0.001).(2)After 12 weeks of intervention, the total scores of localization and grasping dimensions were different between the experimental group and the control group(P≤0.05);In the experimental group, the total score of localization and grasping dimension was significantly improved(P≤0.001)before and after intervention.(3)After 12 weeks of intervention, the experimental group and the control group had significant differences in the total scores of static and dynamic balance(P≤0.001);The total scores of static and dynamic balance dimensions were different in the control group before and after intervention(P≤0.05).Before and after intervention, the total score of static and dynamic balance was significantly different in the experimental group(P≤0.001).(4)After 12 weeks of intervention, the total score of motor coordination ability of the experimental group and the control group was significantly different 0.001),and the total score of motor coordination ability of the control group was different before and after intervention(P≤0.05);The total score of motor coordination ability of the experimental group was significantly different before and after intervention(P≤0.001).The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Compared with regular physical exercise, the technical training of badminton’s swing and hitting has a better effect on the improvement of children’s fine motor ability of their hands.(2)Compared with the regular physical exercise, the practice of throwing and hitting high and long balls in the back court of badminton has a better effect on improving children’s positioning and grasping ability.(3)Compared with regular physical exercise, footwork exercise in badminton has a better effect on improving children’s static and dynamic balance ability.(4)Both badminton and conventional physical exercise can improve children’s motor coordination ability, but compared with conventional physical exercise, badminton has a more significant effect on improving children’s motor coordination ability.Suggestions:(Ⅰ)The development of motor coordination ability is conducive to the formation of motor skills and the improvement of physical quality of children.Relevant educators should pay equal attention to the development of motor coordination ability of children while paying attention to the development of physical qualities such as strength, flexibility and agility, and cultivate children’s motor coordination ability through various ways.(2)Different technical exercises in badminton can have positive effects on different dimensions of motor coordination. Therefore,it is suggested that parents and teachers can improve the coordination ability of children through badminton,so as to lay a solid foundation for the coordinated development of children’s physical qualities. |
