| Sports aesthetic education is a comprehensive education model of "sports+aesthetic education" that is carried out based on the aesthetic characteristics of the project on the basis of art and sports teaching.As one of the favorite artistic sports for college students,aerobics’ artistry is mainly reflected in its project characteristics of "health,strength and beauty".In order to give full play to the sports aesthetic education function of aerobics,this study starts from three aspects of feeling beauty,creating beauty and appreciating beauty through research methods such as literature review,expert interview,teaching experiment,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,Construct and study the teaching mode of aerobics physical aesthetic education.The study concludes with the following conclusions:1.The teaching mode of aerobics physical and aesthetic education focuses on cultivating college students’ ability to feel,create and appreciate beauty in the process of technical skills teaching.In the public elective course of aerobics in colleges and universities,it is conducive to enriching the teaching mode of aerobics in colleges and universities,and promoting the teaching and curriculum reform of aerobics.2.The surveyed college aerobics teachers have more or less aesthetic education behaviors in teaching,but most of them are non active aesthetic education behaviors.The survey respondents generally do not have much understanding of sports aesthetic education,and few teachers use sports aesthetic education in their teaching.However,all survey respondents agree with the sports aesthetic education teaching model with proactive aesthetic education behavior.3.Compared with traditional physical education teaching models,the physical education aesthetic education teaching model has a more significant improvement in students’ body posture and better results.4.In the teaching mode of sports aesthetic education,technical creation belongs to the scope of creating beauty.From the assessment results of students’ technical skills,it can be seen that the sports aesthetic education teaching mode significantly improves students’ technical creativity and can significantly enhance their creative beauty ability.In the aerobics class,teachers can enhance students’ aesthetic recessive education through constant aesthetic education penetration,and combine it with the explicit education of creating knowledge,which can greatly improve students’ ability to create beauty.5.Both the aerobics sports aesthetic education teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode have played a role in improving the students’ aesthetic appreciation ability,but the effect of the sports aesthetic education teaching mode is obviously better than the traditional teaching.Finally,according to the research results and conclusions,this paper puts forward suggestions on strengthening the professional quality of aerobics teachers and improving their aesthetic ability,the school needs to further improve the teaching environment,and students need to change their own learning philosophy. |
