| Every student in compulsory education should have access to educational opportunities that meet his or her basic learning needs.It is emphasized in the curriculum standards that everyone can get good mathematics education and can get different development in mathematics learning.According to everyone’s strengths and development needs,education suitable for everyone is provided to promote personalized development.Mathematics is a subject with the characteristics of generalization,logic and application,so that there are relatively many students with difficulty in mathematics.And class teaching mainly focuses on secondary students,where eugenic students fail to get promoted,and underachievers can’t keep up.In order to solve these difficulties,this paper conducts a research from the following points:Firstly,on the basis of reading a large number of literature materials,the connotation of hierarchical teaching is clarified,clearing up the present form of layered teaching and how teachers apply it in the classroom;Secondly,taking the No.6 Middle School of Dongsheng District as the research object,the questionnaire was used to compare the stratified teaching model before and after,and the effects of the stratified teaching model on the students’ interest in mathematics and mathematics achievement were found.Finally,this paper discusses the application of stratified teaching model in middle school mathematics teaching,looking for ways to solve the problem.Hierarchical teaching of practical research has the following advantages:in different conditions,according to the specific situation of students,teachers can reasonably arrange different thinking quality,and use different teaching methods;On the basis of not adjusting the administrative class,the whole class of students can get their own maximum development;And the students’ homework burden is reduced,the teachers’ workload is reduced,but the learning efficiency and academic performance are improved.Therefore,stratified teaching can effectively solve the disadvantages brought by class teaching system. |
