| With the development of society,the sense of social responsibility of citizens is enhanced.The number of volunteers is growing rapidly.Volunteer service is no longer limited to young and middle-aged citizens,children are emerging in volunteer groups.This paper takes the " little volunteers " project in M town of H county as an example,using questionnaire survey method,interview method and participant observation method to analyze the needs of children volunteers.It is found that there are problems such as confusion of activity identity,lack of initiative,poor team cohesion and difficulty in completing tasks independently.On this basis,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems,mainly starting from the reasons of insufficient service ability of child volunteers at the individual level.Based on the theory of social learning and advantage perspective,aiming at the lack of volunteer knowledge,communication skills,understanding and trust among members,and effective practical exercise among children volunteers,this paper uses group work methods to help rural children volunteers improve from four dimensions :volunteer knowledge,communication ability,teamwork ability and practical ability.Through the analysis of the pre-test results and the observation of the participation in the group,a child volunteer with weak communication ability is developed as the case owner.In order to improve the communication ability of the case owner,the task center model is used to carry out case work to assist the group work.This paper conducts multi-angle evaluation of group work and case work,and finds that social work intervention has good effect,and the service ability of child volunteers has been improved.Through social work practice research,the following conclusions: First,social learning theory is conducive to the development of children in group work;second,volunteer service simulation in the group is very effective;thirdly,case work well complements and deepens the group work;fourth,rural children volunteer activities are suitable for rural social work stations. |
