Research On The Influence Of Ideological And Political Courses On The Quality Of Talent Cultivation In Colleges And Universities From The Perspective Of Grounded Theory

China is in a period of great development,great change and great adjustment.The international situation is complex.The task of domestic reform is arduous and the international talent competition is becoming increasingly fierce.All countries in the world are aware of the importance of talent in international competition,and talent is an important guarantee for the improvement of a country’s comprehensive strength.China has always attached great importance to the cultivation of talents.Since the reform and opening up,China’s economic and social demand for talents has been growing.After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee in1978,the central government established “respect for knowledge and talents” as China’s national policy.In 2007,the talent strategy as one of the three basic strategies for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics was written into the CPC Constitution and the report of the17 th CPC National Congress.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the CPC Central Committee has made a major judgment that talent is a strategic resource for realizing national rejuvenation and winning international competition initiative.Therefore,talent training plays an irreplaceable role in the development of a country.At present,China’s higher education has entered the popularization stage and is in the key stage of implementing quality education,comprehensively improving the quality of personnel training and building a powerful country in higher education.As the cradle and base of excellent talents,colleges and universities should bear the responsibility of cultivating new people in the era of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor comprehensive development for socialist modernization.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.What we need is not only those who have specialized knowledge or skills and can contribute to society,but also those who can take up the responsibility of national rejuvenation on this basis.Young students shoulder the hope of the motherland and the important task of national rejuvenation.Their ideological and moral level is the result of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,which is related to the healthy development of the country and society.The foundation of colleges and universities is to cultivate people by virtue.Ideological and political theory course,as the soul course for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue,an important frontier position and realize the connotative development of higher education,plays an important role in the implementation of talent training objectives,improving the quality of talent training and cultivating new people of the times.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the research on the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities.This paper attempts to take the ideological and political theory course as the breakthrough point to do some analysis and research on the influence of ideological and political theory course on the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities.Taking into account the large number of colleges and universities and institutions in China,and all kinds of colleges and universities at all levels are actively carrying out ideological and political education and giving full play to the educational function of philosophy and social science,this study selects the case of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications as the research object.Firstly,this paper analyzes the relationship between ideological and political theory courses and the quality of talent training in colleges and universities.Subsequently,the quantitative and qualitative research are combined to investigate the current situation of the influence of ideological and political courses on the quality of talent training in colleges and universities.The literature research method and questionnaire survey method are used to conduct a questionnaire survey on undergraduates who are receiving and have received ideological and political courses in Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications.The statistical analysis of the survey results is carried out.Subsequently,qualitative research methods and interviews are used to conduct in-depth interviews with teachers of ideological and political courses in Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications to obtain research data.Based on the grounded theory,the grounded coding analysis of the interview data is carried out,and the theoretical model of the influencing factors of ideological and political courses on the quality of talent training in colleges and universities is obtained.Then it analyzes the problems and shortcomings of ideological and political courses affecting the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities,and on this basis,also based on the theoretical model obtained in this study,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities from the student level,teacher level,curriculum level,school level and social level.
