In recent years,the state has issued a number of relevant documents and guidance opinions in order to comprehensively promote quality education and improve students’ aesthetic quality.In October 2020,the General Offices of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Aesthetic Education in the New Era(hereinafter referred to as the Opinions),providing a new guide for the reform and development of school aesthetic education in the new era."Opinion" proposed "to explore the arts subjects should be brought into the examination reform pilot project",this is a comprehensive training into a new stage of comprehensive training and comprehensive evaluation,is with quality education takes an exam the education department of education as an attempt to,also caused the wide attention of the whole society and buzz,part of the question was the attitude of parents and education officials,It is believed that music,art and other art subjects will increase students’ learning burden in the entrance examination,and music will eventually be covered with the shell of the examination.In this context,in-depth understanding of the connotation of "Opinions",grasp the value of the implementation of the reform of music entrance examination and under the background of this policy to carry out music teaching in junior middle school reasonably and effectively become the current need to pay attention to and research issues.The policy,which has only been piloted in a small number of cities or regions,is a relatively new area of research.Under the background of music entrance examination reform,the research on music teaching in junior middle school in a region has not been carried out in accordance with the requirements of the standard "Opinions".In order to better explore the feasibility of "music into the entrance examination" and clarify the reform and development of music education in junior high schools,the author conducted an investigation and research on the current situation of music teaching in junior high schools in Shaoxing city.Through a series of interviews,questionnaires and data analysis,it is found that it has made remarkable progress and development in curriculum implementation,teaching evaluation,teacher team construction,teaching facilities and other aspects under the background of music entrance examination reform.For the remaining part of the problems,the author from the aesthetic education "opinions" clear development ideas and requirements,for shaoxing area in the future to formally implement the "music entrance examination" policy and promote the effective development of music teaching in junior high schools to provide practical basis and reference.
