| Occupational commitment is an important concept in organizational behavior,an important indicator to measure a person’s sense of belonging and behavior in his or her career.Background characteristics of colleges and universities has significant industry characteristics,the talent training goal is relatively concentrated,subject distribution has significant advantages,industry characteristics of college counselors as a first line of student work,understand the professional commitment to the status quo,is conducive to the counselor work of students,to establish long-term effective mechanism of industry characteristics of college counselor team construction to provide practical reference.This thesis takes college counselors with industry characteristics represented by mining,forestry,geology and agriculture as the research object,uses the methods of questionnaire and interview,compiles the professional commitment questionnaire and organizational structure questionnaire of college counselors with industry characteristics,and recovers 502 valid questionnaires.Using spss22 0 software carries out corresponding descriptive statistics,independent sample T-test,one-way ANOVA,correlation analysis and regression analysis on the data,and interviews 10 college counselors with industry characteristics to understand the current situation and influencing factors of career commitment of college counselors with industry characteristics in China.It is found that the professional commitment of college counselors with industry characteristics is at a medium level.There are some differences in their career commitment in demographic variables;The organizational structure and professional commitment of college counselors with industry characteristics are related in specific dimensions.Finally,this thesis puts forward the strengthening path to enhance the professional commitment of college counselors with industry characteristics in China from the perspectives of strengthening organizational support,strengthening evaluation and assessment,building a characteristic platform,improving management mechanism and increasing autonomy. |
