TPSR(teaching personal and social responsibility)teaching mode focuses on students’ moral development,pays attention to the development of physical education and promotes the enhancement of students’ awareness of personal and social responsibility.It has played a good role in cultivating students’ sense of responsibility,improving self-discipline and self-discipline ability.This study takes the theoretical framework of TPSR teaching mode as the starting point,takes investigation and experiment as the main research method of this study,and takes the students of physical volleyball elective course in 2020 University of Northwest Normal University as the experimental object.The experimental group adopts TPSR teaching mode and the control group adopts conventional teaching mode for16 weeks of teaching experimental intervention.The research draws the following conclusions:1.Compared with the conventional teaching mode,TPSR teaching mode can more effectively improve students’ basic theoretical knowledge of volleyball.2.Under the two teaching modes,students’ Volleyball special quality and ability have been improved to a certain extent,and the teaching effects are basically similar.3.Under the influence of the two teaching modes,both the experimental group and the control group have improved their mastery of the basic skills of volleyball.However,from the perspective of the completion of the overall teaching objectives of college physical volleyball course,TPSR teaching mode has a more obvious effect on improving the students’ basic skills of volleyball.4.TPSR teaching mode can effectively improve students’ sense of responsibility in volleyball class,such as hard work,self orientation,cooperation and mutual assistance,respect and help others.5.Under the TPSR teaching mode,students’ sense of social responsibility,self-restraint ability and self-discipline consciousness have been significantly enhanced,while under the conventional teaching mode,students’ sense of responsibility for various behaviors has not been significantly improved.6.TPSR can effectively improve students’ autonomous learning ability,and the improvement effect of girls is more obvious,while the autonomous learning ability of boys and girls has not been significantly improved under conventional teaching.Based on the above analysis,the following suggestions are put forward:1.Through the analysis of the data of the experimental group,it can be seen that TPSR teaching mode has a certain optimization effect on improving students’ theoretical knowledge,special quality and ability,sports skills,personal and social responsibility consciousness and autonomous learning ability.It is suggested that this teaching mode can be applied to the classroom in the future college sports volleyball teaching.2.In the teaching of college physical volleyball,we should integrate diversified teaching means to stimulate students’ learning interest and initiative.At the same time,we should increase the content of cultivating students’ sense of responsibility and pay attention to the coordinated development of students’ moral education and physical education;In this process,we should pay attention to the time proportion of moral education and skill teaching in the actual classroom teaching,and should not overemphasize the development of students’ moral education and ignore the improvement of students’ physical health and skill level.3.Before TPSR teaching,teachers should clarify the performance of each level of responsibility and the teaching objectives that should be achieved at each level.At the same time,the reasonable arrangement of teaching content should be based on a full understanding of the actual situation of students.4.The ultimate goal of the responsibility level under the TPSR teaching mode is to transfer.Due to the requirements of time limit,this study still has deficiencies in this aspect.It is suggested that the teaching experiment time can be extended in the follow-up teaching experiment,and the obtained teaching research results can be further studied.
